    Update: They are so understaffed. I saw a poor old lady wandering around calling out for service for ages... along with other customers looking and waiting for service. This happens almost every time I go in a Myer. The staff at this particular store are still kind and helpful when you do find one, but it's obvious how overwhelmed they are. This complain is for the management: Please prioritize your customer service. It's way more important than all the silly advertising strategies and marketing schemes. You are losing loyal customers!! --- Excellent service! And very well stocked with lots of variety of brands. I find it to be better than the other Myer stores around Sydney... not too busy, not too quiet (usually means very limited stock and no staff around to help you). I was looking for some presents and not sure about sizes, and the lady was extremely helpful.

    Today I was served by Lana in the Chanel section and she was the most helpful and loveliest server! Knowledgeable about the cologne I was looking for and focused on serving me the entire time. She took her time wrapping it nicely and then helped me sign up to become a member. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at Myer and it’s all thanks to Lana!

    Can you just stop using courierplease to deliver my parcels? They never get delivered even though I am at home and have asked for it to be dropped off. When I request for some other company to deliver the goods with the online support, it never gets reflected. Online support said your store's staff didn't have time to read emails sent from the online support team even though the emails have been sent for over a week. They're suggesting that your store is incompentent. I hope you hire some new useful staff members instead of talking slugs.

    Just bought shot glasses from Myer at Macquarie, but they appear worse than what you get at a Dollar shop 🙄🙄🙄 The glasses have 2 vertical lines as if they are made in some mould, like one typically sees on very cheap plastic glasses. Highly disappointed.....

    Went shopping in the homewares area. The music was so loud over the speakers that I needed to shout to be heard. Noise levels were in excess of 85db. The manager must think he runs a disco rather than a store. Most people in there were looking tense due to the noise levels. Left without purchasing anything. Will not bother with the store again with that level of noise. An unsatisfactory experience overall.

    Was trying to ask for a product and its location. An Asian looking woman near by homewares section was neglected to offer any help. She pointed to others and said “ask him” then walk away immediately. Ver unpleasant shopping experience 😡

    What an awful pick up experience. In the middle of a weekday when the store was relatively empty, there were 6 people waiting at the Myer Hub. I waited for at least 20 minutes to be served, at the start because there was only one person at the (very unruly and messy) counter. As some more staff members dawdled in and out of the counter with some people serving and others doing god-knows-what-else, I got the impression that not everyone knew what they were doing. The person who had some idea was both serving customers and teaching his colleagues, which delayed the process even more. I'm reluctant to go back so I don't have to stand in that line of frustration again.

    My favourite Myer outlet, good that it’s also the nearest Myer from my place. Always full of stocks. Many times I find pieces here that are out of stock in biggest outlets. Always clean and very friendly staffs. The baby room is very comfortable as well. Myer in general is one stop shop. You come here and get everything for your home or yourself. Right from fashion to skincare to makeup, to luggage to baby items and toys. Home decor to cool wear. I love it and would highly recommend 🤍

    What does it take to get through to your store? I have made many, many calls this morning. Firstly the 1300 number. This got me absolutely no where as the same department I was put through twice to didnt even bother to answer their phones. I then rang the two local numbers advertised on the website only to be met with engaged signals. I called those numbers several times. So I called the 1300 number again to ask for management and I was put through to the online department!!!! I asked him to put me through to management. He went to call them. I was waiting on the line for a few minutes, then it went dead. I have given up in total frustration as I have wasted so much time and am still no better off than when I started forty minutes ago. These big department stores have now become so impersonal with their 1300 numbers. Goodness knows how much I am paying for the call and then waiting to find out no one bothers to answer the phone. A BIG THUMBS DOWN to all these big conglomerates who really don’t care about the customer. It’s no wonder you’re going broke, you just don’t care!

    Pros: Perfect location. Good variety and price range. I like the sale offers here. Have all for men, women and kids. To add the staffs are really good. Grab a coffee or a mill tea and just keep on shopping. Good range of perfumes too. Also the same for shores and designer bags for ladies. Cons: Should give more discounts for regular customers. Also should have seating space.

    Not doing this often but been served and treated by Divya, a girl in menswear section, brought me another level of kindness, positive energy, a gorgeous smile. She was super patient with me, went over and beyond all the levels of professionalism and reminded me of how the customers really should be treated! Please someone make sure they keep that gem 💎 in Myer!

    TERRIBLE service. Asked for a shoe size and she just shrugged it off went to the back, came back out said "there is nothing" before walking away to chat to another worker, THEN when i went to purchase a pair of windsor shoes the same lady was counting the coins in the till, she looked up at me after a good 5 minutes had passed. In the end i didnt buy any shoes because she wouldn't serve me. Absolutely awful experience, thought Karens only went into stores. Not worked in them.

    Bad experience, do not purchase electronics from Myer! They suddenly put on extremely loud Ricky Martin music at the TV section while we were browsing and I'm am extremely irritated by loud music so I attempted to go and turn down(not turn off!) the music and a lady out of nowhere came up and said not to turn off the music despite me explaining my situation. After walking a few meters away she immediately turned the volume even louder! Such a rude person.

    HORRIBLE phone service. Tried to get in contact with Women's clothing for over an hour to find out if an item was in stock. I called different departments and even Macquarie Concierge who couldn't help me. When someone finally picked up they said they would find someone to help and hung up on me. Do better Myer.

    Very disappointed with the level customer service here! I came there for refund an item with the receipt for the first time. My 3 months baby was crying the whole time and I needed help to process as quickly. I got sent by 3 different staffs from level 2 to 1 that they can not help me, need to go to exactly the department of each item. I tried to explain that I got the receipt & my baby was crying but they pushed me away! Never i had that experience of customer service from MYER! The manager came to say sorry to me after I burst into tears as my baby was crying non stop but seriously WHY???? MYER pls read this review and review your staffs service, very disappointed!

    A big thank you to Christine at the Myer Veronika Maine stand! Christine was extremely helpful in suggesting outfits, changing sizes and assisting with accessories. The result was that we left with some wonderful pieces that I would never have selected for myself that will be absolutely perfect for a couple of special occasions coming up!

    Mens corporate Clothes section was fully stocked up. The staff at checkout was amazing to deal with and was very helpful in finding the right size for me. It's great to see the that smiley faces at register. The men's clothing had great deals on and great thing that most products were available. Also was great range on mens shoes. I was able to buy myself a great pair of shoes without any hassles.
