Owner of the hotel is really rude. He shouted at us several times during our stay! When we wanted to take coffee in the morning, when we moved the sunshades, when we had to pay our bill at the bar,… We’ve never seen such a bad customer service, we didn’t feel welcome at all. Avoid this place if you want to have nice holidays.

Clean and some stuff members are friendly. Owner and sun are unfriendly, I had the feeling they don’t like us. No WIFI. Pool is closed from 8 PM on. Bath cap (3,—— Euro) is a must have, also for men with less hair, crazy. Never see me again, ciao 😉

There is a distinction between rooms and apartments. Whilst rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, apartments only receive cleaning service and new towels once a week. Paying €200 per night for small rooms, not getting cleaned and a malfunctioning shower are perfectly ideal for vacation, innit?

Hotell and female staff were great but the manager/owner was absolutely terrible. Terrorising guests and shouting for everything and everybody. Never again and definitely not to recommend

Beautiful location to enjoy sunsets everyday, the pool is the best amenity along with a bar service next to it. The people who run the bar and the check in are the friendliest and also very attentive. The accommodations are basic but the place has everything you might need. I didn’t mind as I really spent most of my day at the pool, kiteboarding, or being a tourist. The place is super clean, no trash anywhere. I stayed 2x and would stay again.

Such an amazing stay! The place is new and in a great location. Easy access to the beaches, train station, downtown Marsala, and even the airport. They provided a bike for rent and I rode everywhere for food, kite surf, etc. The breakfast was the best one I had during my stays in Italy. Last but not least, the staff was amazing. The owners are super friendly and together with the reception staff made my stay such a pleasant one. Highly recommended !

Having spent there 6 night in Family, we confirm the perfect cleanliness (brand new), calm, well agenced appartments and perfectly maintained garden (smooth green grass, trees and flowers). Furthermore this residence is managed by a very sympathetic and attentionned team. We will come there back by the next opportunity (kite surfing at @stagnoneKitesurf We recommend.

Great hotel with a pool and a small bar. Amazing sunset views are a bonus!
