A decent hamburger from a decent place. I was most pleased with the Nanoburger, which included an egg 🥚. Congruent with my other reviews, this rating reflects a place that won't disappoint and yet won't blow you away. It's a solid bet for decent food absent expectations of flare or novelty. Great meat, tasty, good, enjoyable. The burgers are huge and have a ton of flavor. I would come back. The steak is great!

Great burger and fries. Short 10 minute wait as freshly prepared. No English menu but simple enough to work out. Very good find. Informal and relaxed, but high quality.

Service at an uninterested level. Also took 15 minutes even though I was the only customer. Burger was undercooked, so make sure to ask for ben cotto. Although that doesn’t always guarantee you will receive it.

Good food, funny handpainted English menu, tasty burger, excellent service & loved the fact they all spoke English. This city of Palermo has street adverts all over & that's why we came to check it out. For sure will come again next year. Very nice packaging

Great gourmet burger and amazing butterfly shaped fries. This hidden gem is definitely worth a try if you are after a burger fix. Also it is open earlier than other places nearby.

The waitresses and waiters are friendly and speak some english. Ok stop off point if you wanted to grab a quick bite and sit down. The chicken burger was average. The chips and hot dog were tasty. They have good music, high chairs and toilets ( however not very good locks). There were quite a lot of non customers coming in and out to use the toilets, just watch your belongings if you are a tourist.

Quite average to be honest, especially considering all the reviews for this place. It’s in a quieter part of Historical area near all the luxury shops. Diner vibes with stools and high tables. Service was friendly and everything was cooked fresh. Fried chicken was good, crunchy and tasty. Fries were good. What let it down was the burger which was merely ok, neither good or bad. This being one of my favourite types of junk food means I know what I’m talking about. Patty doesn’t have a lot of texture, being quite firm. By all means pop in for lunch if you’re passing but I wouldn’t go out of your way to visit. Don’t let the large volume of positive reviews fool you.
