Estremamente deludente. Extremely disappointing. We bought a kilo of sausage and two slices of Angus beef to barbecue at home. We paid 47€ which is quite steep (miiiii ...). The sausage was priced at 15€ per kilo, so we expected something special. What we were given was not fresh (it smelled and tasted off), it was in any case too salty not enough fennel seeds (finocchio) and we had to throw it away. We've been coming to Marsala for over 5 years so we have tried many local butchers. We will not be buying here ever again.

Our first visit, but by no means our last. Wonderful service, exceptional quality and an extensive wine selection due to the owner being a Sommelier of 40 years standing. The portions are huge and all made fresh.

Excellent restaurant just outside of Marsala. Very welcoming staff (they offered us Caponata and Olives during our wait), and tasty food. Great selection of meats and overall a quite wide menu. If you are in the area, don't miss it!

Great stuff, super fast, burger testy, chips best in region. For sure we will come back and we will take our clients from CHILI KITE-Lo Stagnone. It can be our new fav place.

Very nice restaurant. I belive their focus is towards meat which non of my party had but the food was great all the same.

We tasted the local platter with local salami olives cold cuts and they have their own made caponata which is super. As main we took the Shashi beef on the bone with the cow diaframma. All was cooked perfectly and great but service lacked attention.

Unfortunate experience with hair in the caponata, suboptimal service and not exceptional meat. Overall overpriced for the experience received.

Great home cooking (oxtail was delicious.) extensive menu and excellent wine selection, staff were very welcoming and friendly (Silvia and Nicolas did everything possible to ensure that we had a most enjoyable meal.) Grazie! This was our second visit and Cibus is now a firm favourite. Don't be put off by the outside of the building. Inside the restaurant is cosy, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.
