the worst hotel i have ever been to. the service was extremely bad. no respect for their customers. very rude staff especially the receptionist. i have no idea how these guys have 4 stars they should be rated 1-2 stars maximum. the food is ghastly. i would not advise anyone to ever visit this hotel. worst option for tourists, staff not friendly at all

Aging hotel with lots of promise if the management can see that it needs maintenance. The sign out front is the first tip off. The full lobby and terrace should be air conditioned. Just needs an automatic door going out the back door. Free breakfast is basically good. Coffee needs improvement. Baked goods were excellent. Might be good to offer quiche as well and run til 10am not 9:30!

The bored staff first gave us keys to our rooms and gestured towards some kind of barn behind the main hotel building. We walked there, checked out the old, battered rooms (which wouldn't even lock properly!) and decided to "upgrade" to the proper ones in the main building. The upgraded rooms are mediocre and currently (11:30pm), we still cannot fall asleep because of the loud music blasting down from the hallway. Apparently, there is some elderly DJ playing god-awful music inside for no reason. I don't usually write reviews but this hotel looks well on its way to bankrupcy. The environment outside is run-down, full of weeds, potholes and garbage everywhere. At least the breakfast was good and deserves an extra star.

Only one employee (barely) speaks English. Loud evening parties. Nice hotel back yard.

The hotel is right on a beautiful sandy beach. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff are great, all friendly and welcoming. Food is tasty. The entertainment team are super fun with awesome energy, delivering excellent high energy performances. I highly recommend the disco where the entertainment team continue to dance the night away with you. Take cash so you can exchange at hotel reception as there is no ATM in the hotel. Dinar is not available outside of Tunisia.

My daughter (24) and I stayed here for an all-inclusive week at the beginning of June and we had a wonderful time. Away from the hustle and bustle of main Hammamat, this is a lovely, friendly hotel with clean and spacious areas - totally safe - and a private beach. Service was overall extremely good - particularly Lassoued Mokhtar (who always had a smile and a welcome, with exceptional attention to detail) and Malek Gorrab. Everywhere was spotless and the cleaners and gardeners worked tirelessly. The hotel itself is apparently trying for 5-star. It has a way to go and some of the bar staff (Mokhtar's replacement on his day off - he didn't have a name tag) didn't appear to want to be there, unfortunately. On the whole, though, service was exceptional, but there are definitely more bar staff needed, particularly for the pool areas. There is constantly maintenance and work going on, but there doesn't seem to be any improvement! Wifi is terrible EVERYWHERE in Tunisia, but worked sporadically at the hotel and in our room. This was frustrating at times, but we were in North Africa on the back of a pandemic and them rebuilding their economy, so allowances had to be made. Be prepared to tip good service well - it's a closed currency and they are only earning around 150 dinar (£40.50) a month, so this is where workers can bolster their income for their families. 10 Tunisian Dinar is always gratefully received. The spa treatments here - particularly the massage - was the best I have experience anywhere in the world. Wiem Aziz EP Sami - you are AMAZING! Thank you. Food was plentiful and good, but a little repetitive and surprisingly very little freshly prepared fruit available. The only issue with the drinks is that there were very few cocktails to choose from, but we definitely managed! The fridge in our room wasn't a "mini bar" as promised, but an unplugged fridge with 2 bottles of water in it. The air conditioning was wonderful and did a splendid job, without being too noisy. Comfortable beds but only 1 flat pillow each, which needs addressing. A lovely stay with lovely people - worth going for a look but be aware that there are improvements still required. Nothing to put us off returning, though. Be good to see how the little things get addressed.

The restaurant on the beach is amazing. As a group we tried almost the whole menu. The fish is super fresh and service very friendly and flexible. Even though it is a large restaurant, management keeps strong attention to detail and service. Great wine list with top local selections.

VERY noisy music by the main pool, you have to cross the street to reach the beach, which is below average, with paying seats even in all inclusive formulas, only pasta at lunch...

Good food and good entertainment. The room is big enough and the theatre nights are so funny.

Worst experience ever - Just filter the hotel ratings worst to best and you get the real picture of this run down ,hotel'- it looks like all the positive ratings are plain fake as they don't reflect reality.
