The room was large, clean and comfortable. A little “end of season “ tired. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but a very efficient little fridge. The staff who had limited English ( and we had limited Italian )were very friendly and helpful, especially Salvatore C, who gave us an Italian lesson most evenings! The food was plentiful and well prepared. Our only real complaint was of a lack of information, no info folders in the room, the hotel was so large with many function rooms- a map would have been useful, and also local attractions. The pool was lovely and “refreshing”!!!

It's a very nice hotel but they can do much better. I think the best times of this hotel is gone. There is animation for the kids which is positive. The swimming pool is nice but why the hell are they playing loud music or DJ. I thought it was a relaxing spa hotel. Nothing relaxed about it. Too many people, not relaxing at all during our stay. I'm glad it was only for one night. Also breakfast was terrible. A lot of people on a small place, food was less then average.

Gorgeous property! Wonderful staff! Family friendly pool area. Horrible food options. Loud music/ entertainment right below sleeping rooms instead of many other beautiful areas they could have used!

Was very poor for communication from the hostess, they didn't say the timing of dinner breakfast or anything, and when I asked why they said that I have to read the booking that I made. Sorry but I work in the hospitality as well and even if u send the details on the booking you have to explain the details to the guest face to face. The unique good experience was the spa and the amazing waiter that was an old gentleman for the fuga Romantica.... For sure I DON'T gonna come back

The hotel is beautiful, food average, but the air conditioner does not work. We complained several times. were told help was on the way, but no one showed up..made the stay miserable.

I was there two weeks ago with my family.Very friendly people at reception,good entertaiment for kids,rooms very clean,good food,just little far away for the beach;but no problems since there are all day shuttle bus from hotel to beach.Anyway all together was very positive.

Very overcrowded resort like place with almost only Italian guests, also personnel with no proficiency of the English language.

Es ist schon eine Tolle Anlage, ruhig von der Straße zurück gesetzt. Tolle Zimmer und gutes Essen. Leider alles für die Freizeit schön geschlossen 26 Grad Außentemperatur Poll außer Betrieb und keine Liegen und Sitz Möglichkeiten. Pool hat bestimmt 22 bis 24 Grad noch, leider ist das Wasser Grün!

Schöne, saubere, große, helle und geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon und modernem Badezimmer, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen im Buffetform, zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem parkähnlichen Garten, mit Palmen, Wasserfall und Swimmingpool. Es sieht ein bisschen aus wie ein kleines Schloss. Das Haus selbst, ist riesig groß, mit langen schlauchartigen Fluren und sehr verwinkelte Wegen, zum Beispiel zum Speisesaal. Das Hotel ist sehr prunkvol eingerichtetl, mit vielen Säulen und Marmor. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und ich war beim Betreten der Lobby sehr beeindruckt. Das Personal ist leider nicht so hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert, wie wir uns gewünscht hätten. Das Bett war beim Bezug des Zimmers gebrochen und es war schwierig ein Ersatz Zimmer zu bekommen. Auch als wir Probleme mit der Klimaanlage hatten, wurde erst nach sechsmaliger Aufforderung repariert. Wir hatten mehrere kurze und einen langen Stromausfall (über 30 Minuten) innerhalb zwei Stunden, kein Wasser (für 2 Stunden) und kein Internet im gesamten Haus. Den schönen Garten konnten wir leider gar nicht genießen, weil so viele Mücken hier waren, dass wir nur schnell von A nach B laufen konnten. Auch im Speisesaal wurden wir zerstochen.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm, auch wenn es Verständigungsprbleme gab, da die Angestellten keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse hatten. In sehr guter Erinnerung wird auf Grund seiner freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Art der Barkeeper Gaspare bleiben. Wir wünschen ihm für die Zukunft alles Gute!!!😀
