I drive 40 minutes to get to the store for a catalog for my older mom and am told that they don’t have any and I have to go online! But if She can’t access the internet how do you expect customers to browse thru your available items!!! I understand everyone goes online but what about those who don’t. I find it unacceptable that a company such as IKEA doesn’t stock catalogs!!! Oh well I guess we have to shop for our new place at another store!!! Thanks for nothing! Completely disappointed.

Ordered Kitchen... designed by kitchen dept at ikea catania. Paid extra to have it collected by them. Carried it to Malta assembled it with their design. Found out that they gave me 5 doors extra and another 3 doors missing. Have been contacting them for more then 1 week. They said they consider it top priority and after one week and 3 calls later, no one comes with a reply. They are still checking whos fault it is!!! My fault was that i purchased the kitchen from Ikea....never again

One hoped that with the introduction of self payment terminals, the waiting will be shortened because of freed up staff. Sadly, it has not improved, and one wonders if it is bad management or ikea trying to save on behalf of the costumers.

Definitly need minimum one day to be able to see all the areas. Been here a few time and although some small items are repeated, the majority of stock is fresh. Also, super website that i suggest checking before you visit the store as to be prepared to what you will be looking for

Absolutely crazy place. We wanted a bed. So we picked one, later we realized there is no grid. So picked another one. No mattress for that. Picked another and there was some another stuff with incorrect price. Then we wanted some kitchen parts, system went down…

Everything you could want under one roof. Good prices very easy to get round

The Bistro service could be a little more organized. The should be more tables too.

Decent IKEA with great service and good food. Probably slightly less stocked up than other IKEAs but overall it's still a top place to kit out your house.
