This hotel restaurant has become our go to place when we are in Marsala. It is truly a 5 star dining experience. Ingredients are locally sourced and a fabulous wine list includes many local gems. The chef is a rising star in the Sicilian food scene who manages to stay true to tradition while bringing innovation to each dish The dining room is a bit spartan but the experience is rich!

Great place to stay near Marsala. The hotel is great for resting/relaxing and exploring/sightseeing since the hotel is close to many sights on Sicily's west coast. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food and is definitely worth the visit.

By far the best restaurant in the area. Excellent food, stunning location, outstanding hospitality. The owners are truly welcoming, ingredients are fresh and each dish is well thought and a pleasure to discover! If you are around, this is a must. Strongly recommend

Looking for a restaurant we just ended up at baglio custera. We had a great diner and besides of the quality we felt really welcome as spontaneous guests. The waiter understands his duty very well and recommended us the perfect wine suited our dishes. Thanks italian brothers and maybe ‘a presto’

We stayed for 1 week and can highly recommend this place. Brand new modern und clean rooms with comfortable bed and a nice little terrace to sit outside. The air conditioning is very noisy though - might want to bring some air plugs if you mind. Beautiful pool area that is extremely calm and great for relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and helpful despite some language barriers (we do not speak Italian). Definitely try the restaurant - best dinners we had in the area, freshly made and so delicious! The paccheri with pistachio pesto were our favourite! Thanks for a great vacation!
