Great staff that always get my order right no matter what time of day. Mornings are normally busy, but if you order ahead you shouldn't have a problem. Love starting my day at this location with a coffee to go at least 2x a week.

Skip this location and go to the Windsor Heights one instead. Trust me, it's worth it. Took 20 minutes just to get through the drive thru. They handed me a lukewarm drink (it's suppose to be iced) that contained barely any coffee. It was 90% milk and apple syrup.

Incredibly friendly team brewing beverages and making food for me all morning. I had breakfast here and decided to stay through lunch while I worked to prepare for meetings. You should get the breakfast wrap. It is awesome!

Friendliest, fastest, and they have never made a mistake with our orders. Our favorite Starbucks in town.

He does not listen to the customer on what they want!!! The person running the register also got the person behind me his drinks ready before getting mine. Drinks were not served in an order they were coming in. And the attitude should be checked at the door customer service get you a long way with being friendly and nice to your customer

I simply asked the “Manager” whose name is “MATT” to remake my order for Uber eats that has been waiting 2 hours and she declined. She is very rude! She disconnected the call on me twice ABRUPTLY when I was voicing my concerns. When I asked for her name she was being a mean girl when I asked her to spell it! She said I’m not gonna teach you how to spell my name. This manager is a MEAN GIRL. This is the worst Starbucks I have encountered and been to. I am very disappointed as I’ve been a customer with this company for over 15 years with no issues.

Whoever answered the phone today when I was letting them know about a missing item in my order. (It was sealed and taped up so its not the drivers fault) was rude and unapologetic. Her attitude wasn't great. I work in a very similar atmosphere and deal with this kind of thing everyday and I 100% know how it works. Had to call twice after being hung up on. (No I wasn't rude) when you mess up take accountability. No need to be rude.

Super friendly and quick service! However, they forget the cold foam 75% of the time. 😔

My drink was good. But was disturbed of the mouse that was hanging out by the trashcan by the side door by the drive thru check out.

This is a standard Starbucks. The coffee is OK, the drive through is painfully slow but it is a good place to meet clients etc. I do wish that they would let you know when they are out of iced coffee so you can pick something else instead of them pouring hot coffee over ice which makes it acidic and undrinkable.

Consistently good. Still amazed at the convenience of using the app and picking up the order 10 minutes later. But I'm old. :-)
