We arrived and the restaurant was packed. We anticipated a wait which is understandable. right after we ordered OUR FOOD WAS GIVEN TO US BEFORE WE EVEN RECIEVED OUR CHANGE! Unbelievable how fast the service and how kind the staff was. Truly amazing 🤩 I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Good like new restaurants in a good location. It’s very clean and the service is amazing. About every five minutes someone was coming around and getting us refills and taking trays. Went to a birthday party here and the kids had fun. Good food especially the grilled chicken nuggets.

I haven't eaten here for quite some time because I just don't see what is SO good about chik fil a. But my girlfriend wanted me to get her a 12 piece nugget and a grilled chicken sandwich. Lol.....what a joke! $14.26 for that. The nuggets were all the size of a nickel and the sandwich had a sad piece of wilted lettuce and a tomato that was almost yellow in color on it. Glad it wasn't my food cause I would have drove back and demanded a refund for that trash.

The staff at this Chic-fil-A does a great job with the drive-thru lane. Super fast at getting you in, order, pay, get you out. Our kids love the nuggets, fries, and chocolate shakes. No issues with this Chic. Great experience.

We love Chic-fil-A normally but the other night we went through the drive thru for dinnertime. I will give benefit of the doubt that it was during a rush but we were missing a spicy chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese from everything in the order. Once we realized I went inside and was told I'd have to wait just a minute for the sandwich because they were making them still. I was fine with waiting, when it was ready I got our missing items, thanked them and left. My wife took 2 bites and said something tasted a little different but finished the sandwich anyway only to end up with food poisoning from what we think was an undercooked sandwich. Mac and Cheese was good though. Cooks need to be more careful with that especially with chicken in a rush. Wouldn't want anyone getting salmonella from here.

Levi took my order here and did a magnificent job! My name is spelled with a K even though typically it’s spelled with a C he took the time to ask if it was with a C or K. Never in the 10 plus years at Chick Fil A have I ever been asked until tonight! Give this kid a raise!

You want good service go elsewhere, the guys taken the order were jerks! Especially when we ordered online and did the work for them. The last time we came they ordered the food completely wrong and the food (bun) was literally falling apart. It took 25 mins to fix it. They screwed up again today! Worst place ever!

The westdale Chick-Fil-A service is unmatched. Came here for lunch today and all the employees working were a 10/10. They were very efficient, understanding, prompt and cordial. This establishment has been open over 10 years and is the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in in my lifetime. I would come back here again and again just for the service. I couldn’t recommend this location enough.

Love this location! It’s nice that they still offer the “no salt” selection on fries here. :,) They also really pay attention to the in-app sauce requests — I greatly appreciate that! Will be back again and again!

Prepared a 40 piece breakfast sandwich platter for a wedding get together. The service was above and beyond!. Platter was hot and delicious. I even received a phone call from manager asking my arrival time so they could keep it warm for me.

This location is usually a go to because chick fil a is great, but tonight I had probably my worst experience I’ve had with chick fil a. After a long day of work and starving I went through the drive thru and when I got home, first I got the wrong type of sandwich than what I asked for, and second the piece of chicken on my sandwich is like half the size of the bun itself. It is a sad looking sandwich that I would’ve never expected of such a highly rated franchise. It may be worth the drive from now on to go to the other side of town or just go somewhere else.

The west side chick-fil-a is trash. We chose to dine in. They brought out an order for "Larry" (not my name) with several wrong/missing items. My salad had a pick up sticker with another customer's name on it, like they didn't pick it up so they threw it back into the cooler. The tables were dirty, trash overflowing, unhelpful staff. I will definitely stick with Lindale location from now on.

Excellent fast service, spotless dining area, and great food as usual. Team members are always smiling and ready to assist as soon as you walk through the door. They understand what customer service is.

Would give no rating if I could girlfriend ordered food from this location and came home to find that one of our orders of large fries barely had any fries in it wouldn’t recommend.

My partner and I both have stomach conditions, and chick fil a is always a safe food based on our restrictions. We are driving cross country and had to stop somewhere. Now we are both having major stomach problems right after eating it and the morning after. Not sure what was botched about those sandwiches but don’t eat there later at night I guess.

The food is great the restaurant is clean the employees are very courteous. Great job Chick-fil-A. I ordered my food and received it in a couple of minutes. Always my favorite place to go!!!

This was the first time dining in the store since pre-COVID. Other patrons were respectful of our space around us. It was pleasant and tastefully decorated for a fast food restaurant. The "Missing Man Table" is a nice touch, too.🥰
