An absolute favorite ;) place to detox, relax, and FEEL GREAT afterwards! I'm a regular infrared sauna user and LOVE the experience and environment at Perspire!

I love Perspire Sauna. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. The results are amazing. I look forward to going and spending my 40 minutes to myself.

I've nothing but positive things to say about the ownership and staff at Perspire Studio. The facilities and individual saunas are always clean and accessible. The atmosphere, comfortable. The personnel are friendly, professional and knowledgeable - always welcoming and assisting. The location is very convenient and the prices are very reasonable I'd definitely recommend anyone paying the facility a visit to meet the staff and learn more about what Perspire has to offer. I doubt you'll be disappointed. As Perspire says, 'Best In Health!'

I honestly went to my first session with pretty low expectations, as I grew up with the old sauna where you can barely breathe. Lol even though they advertise if this was different, I really did expect that. But, I thought I would try it at least one time. Well, I quickly found that I really like this place! It’s become an additional part of my own “self care“ for relaxation , stress reduction, and just overall wellness. It is a totally different experience, easy to breathe, and not overwhelmingly hot that you can’t stand it. Plus, you’re in control of the heat level The staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and welcoming. I’m glad I gave it a try, and now it’s some thing I really look forward to.

Great Place! Red Light therapy is great for your overall wellness. Great location and staff. Private quiet areas allow for complete relaxation. Also to note people in direct price competition they're cheaper than 515 Field House in Grimes which is charging $30 to $50 more a month than Perspire. Trust me, Take your business here its just that simple

My first time at a sauna studio - the facility was clean, professional, and very modern! I really enjoyed my sauna session. It was so relaxing! I watched a bit of Netflix and enjoyed the warmth and light. Highly recommend!

My experiences at this spa have been divine! Working full time in my stressful schedule, the long weeks leave me drained & deteriorated. But, even after the longest week, a session at Perspire Ankeny leaves me feeling completely refreshed & rejuvenated! There’s no place like it!

I was reluctant at first to try this because I am not fond of sweating but what a great experience it has been, my blood pressure has dropped 30 points the arthritis in my feet and joints are so much better and I am awake and ready to go in the mornings. Love the way it makes me feel!

As a health and wellness coach, the benefits of sauna light therapy are well-documented. But, Perspire Ankeny is just as amazing for that "me time" that moms need. It's relaxing, clean and the staff are very welcoming. 5/5 stars!
