This is the second time I’ve been let down by Chad’s Pizza. I let the first time slide since it was my very first time trying them and figured they just had a busy night, it happens, but this time I ordered the Gyro pizza that was supposed to have tomatoes, lamb meat, lettuce, onions… only to have it show up with ground beef and a TON of onions. Absolutely ridiculous. Laziness and ignorance? Because if you are out of a specific ingredient, let the customer know and discuss other options instead of just sending what they didn’t, at all, order. If I wanted a pizza loaded with onions and a pinch of ground beef, I would have specified just that. Done ordering from this place. Pay a $6 delivery fee as well as a $9 tip and I suppose that’s what ya get, folks. On top of already spending $21.49 for a medium pizza… that doesn’t show up even remotely close to how you ordered it. 👍🏼

We figured we would try this place since we've heard, "Chad's Pizza is the best anywhere!" I can honestly say we were absolutely underwhelmed and disappointed. The pizza had lots of toppings, but nothing you wouldn't find on a frozen pizza. In fact, the shredded cheese was EXACTLY like you'd find on an 88 cent frozen Totino's Party Pizza. In fact, the whole pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. The crust like the box it would have come in. Seriously, we've had better frozen pizza than the fresh pizza we had here. The sauce for the breadsticks was their "base" sauce for their pizza sauce and came to the table cold, straight from a can. The staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints about them. The restaurant needs some serious updating. It looks like something you'd find after a drunken weekend at a frat house party. Way over-priced and cheap ingredients make for bad pizza so, we're sticking with O.P., Oak Fired Pizza, or Bill's Smokehouse & Pizza.

On Tuesday February 28, 2023 I had pizza from Chad"s Pizza in Cedar Falls Iowa for the first time. It was the best pizza I've ever eatin. Amazing!!! The sauce, the crust, all of it. I live about 274 miles north of Cedar Falls in Minnesota, but I got lucky enough to be helping a friend move back to Minnesota and he told me I had to try Chad's Pizza. The pizza was awesome, the lady that helped us was awesome. I want to drive the 4 1/2 hours back down there to get some more. 100% best ever!!!!! I kind of want to move to Iowa now. I wish I would have taken a picture of the pizza not just the box.

I’m genuinely surprised I haven’t done a review here sooner, but there is no doubt that Chad’s Pizza is the best pizza place in the Cedar Valley. From the atmosphere, food (their broasted chicken is extremely good as well and a well kept secret), and customer service, Chad’s has it figured out! Their Street Taco Pizza, and Biscuits and Gravy breakfast pizza are two of my personal favorites. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!

The Pizza is so good it makes it worth a Fifty year old man to walk into the bar on a Friday night at 11:30pm and immediately feel OLD AS F√€K. That is how good the pizza is. The Server I have always delt with has been fantastic. However it's generally been just her. To take care of being the bartender and taking care of folks just there to eat. So keep in mind there's a bunch of customers and we always out number the staff. Tip well, be patient and kind.

Their gluten free pizza was NOT gluten free. When I ordered, I asked them to take all precautions necessary to make sure pizza was gluten free. The pizza was very good, plenty of cheese, however the chicken did not look like chicken (mainly dark meat from a can?). Within 24 hours, I got really sick and had stomach problems for days after. I knew it was a risk to eat the pizza, but I have been to other places and had no problems after eating gluten free pizza. If you are gluten free, especially if you're Celiac, do not eat here.

We used to love their pizzas - they were loaded - now we would say they are only average for toppings. Still tasty. Wish they would clean the place up a bit more.
