My experience with Chris and Wheeljack's Lab was very smooth and easy despite the mistakes made by UPS in mislabeling and loosing the package I sent. Although not his responsibility, Chris went above and beyond to try and help me in any way I asked to get UPS the information they needed to try and track down the package. After weeks of hearing nothing back from UPS, the package was deemed lost. Then they were only able to offer me 1/3 of the value of the lost items. Wheeljack's Lab comes in for the rescue and very generously compensates me for the remaining value of the items. I cannot say enough nice things about Chris and his company. He is very honest and trustworthy, both qualities that are hard to find these days. I happily recommend to any toy lover, this is the type of business to support.

Working with Wheeljack’s Lab owner, Chris, was amazing! I contacted him from Maryland to discuss what I had to sell—vintage action figures from MOTU, GI Joe, Ghostbusters, TMNT, Superman and Batman and others. He asked me to send pictures then he sent me his offer which was more than I was offered from a local dealer and less of a hassle than if I tried selling my items piece by piece myself. Once I accepted the offer he sent me very detailed instructions, including the mailing label, to send him the items, He deposited the money into my PayPal account and I sent him the items.
