I don’t go to Joanns often but I just went there 04/08 around 8 pm. The employees were incredibly rude. One of them was following my 50 year old mother and I around the store as if we were going to steal something. When my mother finally decided on the trim she wanted we went over to the area where they cut the fabric for you & the obese employee was very rude. The young man that rang us up was the only nice employee. Safe to say we will not be returning.

Restroom was awful 😢! Overall the store is clean but every time My kids need to use the restroom is unsafe and extremely dirty. Thats why I have decided to take pictures of it. One time I mentioned it to an employee hoping they would pay more attention but they haven’t. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional but there’s few ladies not very happy working there.

I only go to this store for things I can't find at michaels or hobby lobby but usually to no avail. The selection for most everything besides the fabric is very low. The employees aren't very helpful and usually can't be bothered. Today I recieved a nice lecture from a rather rude employee because apparently your phone number is not linked to your account to build points so you have to scan your account code in the app 🙃 tell me why you need my number then 🤷‍♀️ that was fun not to mention they didn't greet anyone. I will never understand why people who don't do any kind of crafting want to work at a craft store. Think i will just stick to the better craft stores they have better deals and nicer employees anyway.

They had a sale advertised in their flyer, but it wasn't marketed inside the store. I mentioned this to the sells clerk and she said It's no big deal it's over tomorrow. The fact was it was the first day of a three day sale. This behavior is why all the fabric stores have gone out of business.

I'm always getting new ideas when I go there. The people working always help me complete my visions.

Very nice store, never been in before, as usual they were very helpful. I'd recommend to anyone.

I went to Joan's today to buy some fleece fabric and I was shocked on how thrashed the fabric department was. I couldn't even push my cart down the isle because there were bolts of fabric on the floors. Even the racks that held the fabric were a terrible mess. I couldn't even get a bolt of fabric out without another falling on the floor. How do employees get away with NOT DOING THEIR JOB ANYMORE!!!!!!!!

I told the associate at the checkout stand, this is the kind of place you wish you could go to the bathroom and not come out till they close turn on all the lights and spend the whole night in there with all the plans.

Always clean, plenty of variety and friendly staff. This is my craft store of choice, it's too bad they're so far from my home.

Love this Joann store. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Love shopping here for my holiday and crafts needs!!

They have great sales despite some in the economy charging horrendous prices during this time. They usually always have what I need for my project and carry a large selection of fabrics & notions.

Great deal right now from cricut users and cashier was very helpful and even helped me connect my accounts

Yarn selection is the best.

I love Jo-Ann's. I can shop for hours! My only place to shop for supplies needed for our Christian faith based Sewing Group.

Love shopping at Joann's fabric for there diamond paintings and great with the app for your phone to get price cut on some things

Very friendly staff . One of the staff members helped me download the app and I was able to save money and buy more items I wanted.

I rarely go into a Joann's because while I'm crafty, it's not usually on that spectrum; or so I thought. I've been missing out! There's some pretty cool stuff in that store! BIG place but well-laid out and the price checkers every few aisles or so are helpful. Store associates were also very helpful. It was a great experience and I got everything I needed. No complaints!😁 I'll be back I'm sure. Got my eye on a sewing machine now...

Very well stocked and clean on this visit. Several staff members working in the store but they were not very friendly. Unclear what the process was for getting fabric cut as there was no number system. All restrooms were closed due to maintenance. Nice deals and many items on sale. Several coupons available for use on their app. Definitely recommend a visit for your crafting needs!
