We wanted to have a family “experience” for our 15 year old’s birthday. We had a wonderful time as a family. The staff did a good job with their enthusiasm as well as explaining the escape room process. The location takes a few minutes to walk to from the parking lot and it’s upstairs in a office type building connecting to the mall. Leave room before your appointment to walk in. Our kids are ages 9-15 and everyone found a way to contribute to finding clues and solving puzzles. We did the EASY Fairy Tale room. We had a 5 star time, it was very fun, but I give 4 stars because of the price and availability to book rooms. I suppose it means business is booming and because it’s usually booked and it is a tiny bit expensive per person when you bring your whole family. It’s great for a special occasion when you’re willing to splurge.

Went to the Red Door for a company team builder. We had a great experience! Check in was smooth, the place was clean, and well taken care of. The escape rooms were very challenging, but we all had a great time. Jesse was our "game master" and he was awesome! He had high energy, and was really helpful in making sure we all had a great time and a positive experience!! Thank you, Jesse, and well done Red Door Escape rooms!!

The staff was great and the office staff all had fun! Staff really made this worth it for me. Just nice folks and easy to work with, they really had great energy too. Note that the puzzles were challenging enough, but the props and rooms were a little underwhelming. It was kind of like expecting to go to a Round 1 or Dave n Busters and walking into a Chuck E Cheese instead. That said, I had a good time and I would return. Just manage your expectations. It's not bougie, but it's a good time and something different to do.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Have been to a few different escape rooms and this was the best one by far. I think what made it even better was our gamemaster Alvin 🙏🎉 He was fantastic! Great energy and got us excited for our escape!! Will absolutely be returning soon with the group! Thanks Alvin!!

We did Once Upon a Time. Fun escape room. A bit on the easier side, but still fun. Somewhat repetitive puzzles, but a very polished room nonetheless. Will return for other rooms.

So much fun!! We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and did the Prison Break themed room. Bailey was our game master and she was awesome! She got us pumped up to begin our game when explaining the rules and was super sweet. Will definitely be coming back!

Came here on a date, was a lot of fun! Definitely not as easy as people think it is, I thought it was going to be a breeze but some of them will definitely stump you Would definitely recommend it especially for a date

So, I’ve never been to a “Escape Room” and heard people talk about it and post about it. But now I did and I can talk about it! Hahaha. The facility - 4 stars: If you haven’t been there, it was confusing to know and see where the entrance was. The Red Door is actually on the second floor. The facility itself is nice. The downstairs portion looks like “it’s community” meaning not necessarily for the Red Door Escape Room but you can use it. There’s a restrooms available downstairs and one upstairs in the vicinity of the Escape Room. The facility was nice and clean. The Game - 5 stars: The game we chose was “Cash Me if You Can” the room was tiny but enough for seven people. Don’t know how the other rooms are since this was my first time. The game was pretty fun and challenging. It really requires brain power and communication. The set up is awesome and so are the props. They are things we would use in real life, no fake props. If you’re up for a challenge choose this game. This game is good for ages 7 and up as long as the young ones are with parents. I think this would also be good for a party or for out of towner visitors!!! I love the concept of no phones inside! I will be back to do other games!!! The staff 5 stars: very nice, very helpful, and had smiles on their faces. What more can I say? And after we did our escape, they were willing to answer questions! Great job staff!!!
