AMAZING AND HELPFUL STAFF AND PRODUCTS! They know beauty products as I think they are supposed to, of course! Very friendly and fun staff (within reason whilst they work) that makes this place pop! They welcome you in and when you've been looking around for a little, (at a reasonable time) they ask you if you are looking for something specific or need help! I personally vibe/connect with some of the staff as they are actually interested in what you want to say or what you're interested in! They give AMAZING recommendations and the hair dye there comes in MANY colors, shades, and brands! Have hair that doesn't want to be bleached but want to dye your hair? They have a dye for that! The employee that helped me gave honest opinions and facts about what brands has their ups and downs without trying to cover the differences that the brands and products have! The employees help find what is SPECIFICALLY right for your needs with details. They make suggestions without trying to "make you" buy something, so they seem to really care about what you need!

I have had nothing but Great experiences in this store I can't remember the assistant manager's name but I was just in there today she was very very helpful and so was the other lady!!!! Did I mention they're having a sale right now there's a sale go run sale!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I needed a color to put over the orange color I have and didn't know much about colors.. obviously! I talked to one of the employees and asked her opinion on what I should do. She was so helpful and even suggested colors! I feel way more confident now in the color I bought tonight (which is Lotos Medium Plum Red) I cannot wait to dye my hair now to a beautiful non orange color Lol! I even had a Sally's Reward to redeem, it was super easy and applied at checkout! I am one happy satisfied customer! Thank you again for all your help!

I am not sure whom answered the phone about 2 minutes ago today, but she answered my first 2 calls for curbside pickup, but refused to take my order. She says she is too busy. At these times I was un aware that this store was available going in. She didn't mention it nor did looking them up online. Anyway, she didn't call me back and said that customers in store are more important and also gave the excuse that they been "only" open for 2 months. She never told me this and I wasted over 30 min then an hour waiting for her call. I could have driven there, got my stuff, come home and started dinner. Thank you for the terrible and dumb customer service. I hope the manager reads this. P.s. I have shopped here for years.

I came in on 03/23/23 for the first time ever and bought hair products to do my hair (also my friends hair). I had no idea what I was supposed to get and a nice lady there helped me find everything I needed. Unfortunately it didn't work out the way it was supposed to and I had to return some of the products. Again I saw the lady who helped me the first time. She was so nice, I just wish I would have gotten her name.

Went there today and a sweet young lady names Kendall helped us and I’m a licensed professional it was to late to go anywhere and that girl has serious hate care knowledge! Super friendly also !

Store was well staffed and the staff was very knowledgeable. I needed a few items, and one was out of stock. A staff member offered to call a different store for me. A second staff member overhead the call and remembered that the item I needed had just been put on clearance. I was really pleased - this meant I could get all I needed in one trip and not have to go to a different store. All in all, I had a very positive experience.

My first time going to this Sally's. I went in to purchase a few items. Starting with 50 vol developer, in which none were on the shelf except a large bottle. Asking the clerk about the small bottle turned into confusion & harassment, because you have to be a licensed hair stylist to purchase the item. So I said I'll just take the 40 vol developer to avoid the hassle. Then I went to get a comb and the section was blocked by boxes of supplies, that I had to literally move myself to get the comb of my choice. Finally reaching the register the unpleasant clerk to whom I "handed" my sally's reward card to "laid" it on the counter saying she could not use it. After ringing up my items and handing me the receipt without saying "thank you" ! I took it and left. After leaving and feeling dismayed, harassed I will not go back. Customer service is very important nowadays, so I will spend my $$ where it and I are appreciated. Poor customer service the cashier/clerk was a blonde w/highlights hair girl!!

I visited the store today July 8th 2023 and encountered one of the most helpful and knowledgeable employees I’ve encountered in a retail beauty setting. I have difficult, course, mixed race hair and even though she doesn’t share the same attributes; every product she recommended was spot on!! I typically don’t leave reviews however felt the need to acknowledge this stellar employee and her customer service. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair with blonde highlights and she’s a Virgo.
