Very good place to stay. I stayed there in November 2022. The rooms are small but functionally suits well. The cleanliness and hygiene is very well maintained. The staff (Bhusal) is very helpful and cooperative. The place is easily accessible if you are looking to stay in that part of the town. The food is very good but expensive. There are several shops and markets nearby for daily needs as well as eating out. Bus stops are very close by in case you depend on public transport. They also have space to park cars. The place is absolutely safe for bachelors, single girls and families, too. I would certainly go back there the next time I visit Pune.

The stay experience was very good, located at the prime location and food services provided by the caretaker was great. Recommended place for a short trip.

It's an overrated place. For the price that was charged around Rs.2800 you would get a nice hotel I guess. It has a 5 litre water heater which makes you spend an eternity in the bathroom. The WiFi wasn't working for long. TV wasn't enabled with dish tv as the subscription lapsed. The lights on the staircase are always switched off. The only plus point of this place is its location. The adjacent PG accommodation is far superior and charges far less and has a lift too.

Beautiful neat and clean homestay. Stayed there for four days. Big thumps up for Mr.Bhusal ji for the excellent home style food. Now I don't know any place other than this for my next trip to Pune.

Rooms were cleaned but room's wall dusted. Caretaker's behaviour was worst .

I went with very less expectation.. I thought just giving a name homestay would be a gimmick. Two people there - Bhushan and Vishal - OMG. What a fabulous job they're doing. It was pretty unbelievable that they are providing services, in such a way that you would feel like home. The two guys there cook so damn well, you forget your own home food. I thought of staying permanently there but could not because of my situation. Bottom line - GO FOR IT.
