😠 This is very genuine review to help other. Don't ever think of this hospital in case of emergency. I had very worst experience. My wife was admitted at night near around 11pm in serious condition. They have done nothing overnight except some salines. When I asked them that do some test for diagnosis... People often mention hospital, staff, good, patient, experience, doctors, treatment, admitted, patients, time,

This is very genuine review to help other. Don't ever think of this hospital in case of emergency. I had very worst experience. My wife was admitted at night near around 11pm in serious condition. They have done nothing overnight except some salines. When I asked them that do some test for diagnosis they replied that we don't have machines for sonography, MRI scan and all. On second day morning near around 11am they decided to move my wife to some higher point hospital because they can't do treatment. For this all process they charged me 45k for one night and did nothing. They don't have professional and experienced doctors at night for emergency case. I have to give them one rating because there is no option of zero or minus rating.

Good hospital, about 4 years old. Easy access from highway. Staff is cooperative, polite and humble. Housekeeping is well maintained. Good, testy and hot food facility to patients is free. Parking facility is good. (2,3 &4 wh) Canteen facility is good for hospital staff and relatives of patients at reasonable cost. Suggestion to hospital management is try to reduce discharge time frame. Keep atleast one senior doctor at each floor to extend support and guide to junior doctors.

Despite pandemic situation, visited the hospital first time in july first week to assess the facilities for a planned hospitalization in near future. Here is my feedback. #1. Neither there was thermal screening at entrance, nor anyone tell us to sanitize hands. #2. No one asked about purpose of visit. Which is very bad in security, saftey point of view. #3.everywhere inside the hospital, staffs as well as people were not obeying social distancing. Noone was there to check and tell people to maintain distancing. #4. I have seen staffs and people roaming inside hospital without mask. #5. Strict measures expected , when covid19 patients are already hospitalized there. Though doctor visited was quite kind and good, I am still skeptical about the planned hospitalization in near future. My request to management to come up with some explanations/answers for above questions to assure people about their saftey inside premises.. Thank you.

Worst experience ever. I cancelled my mom admission in this hospital, billing department yet not given my deposit amount. Given the reason Dr. Has not signed the cheque. Cancellation charges paid on same days', but you have to wait for your own money for 4-5 days. Hats off to the management 😑😑 Every single ruppes is important for patients family in the hospitalization period. There are the lot of options in the Wakd itself. Don't prefer it.. Don't..

My father in law went through a critical Hernia surgery operated by Dr. Bharat Ojha sir. What a gentle, Kind and supportive human being he is, we never felt like patient -doctor relationship with them, he treated like as a friend/family and given huge support which actually contributed to recovery to great level. I must recommend Ojha sir for further consultation without a single thought.

Billing guy was not at all professional.. we went to this so called hospital for delivery of our first child. So to be on safer side I discussed the entire hospital package with the guy at billing counter which he told me would be 55k excluding pharmacy bill & any emergency care related to baby... They charged me for every single things they used like gloves, cotton, ppe kit, blades etc.. At the time of discharge ask of sudden they asked me to pay 15000 more which according to was neither discussed nor they intimated... When I asked how and for what they are charging extra 15k on that the lady sitting at the counter said this is for doctors fees... They were so rude and arrogant that they were not ready to listen anything... Worst experience... Will avoid going to this hospital in future... Also will not recommend to anyone... There are very good hospitals compared to Lifepoint... Highly disappointed..

This is the worst hospital we have ever came across and would never recommend to anyone. We wanted to admit my mother to Lifepoint hospital after major wrist fracture. The hospital is so poorly managed by extremely careless staff that one day before we get confirmation that the room is available and next day when we reach hospital, firstly the patient waits for more than half an hour while the receptionist makes number of calls just to know if any room available and after a long wait, they say no rooms available. This has happened consequently twice in the same week. Finally we have decided to search for other better option for the treatment. Such worst experience cause a terrible inconvenience to the ill patients and I feel higher management should really look into such instances. Very poor experience.

Nothing personal with the Hospital. But my experience was bad at multiples levels. The staff is not aware whether the doctor is in or has left before taking an appointment. My blood test report showed very low haemoglobin level. I had to visit other doctor and he caught the mistake. I had to do the test 2 more times and were correct. Go to lifepoint if there are no other options available to you. Prateek Shrivastava

Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star. Dr. are ok. But the facilities are waste. They produces unnecessary bills. if you have insurance then will consume most of the insurance amount in one treatment. Documentation charge for same work varies based on your bill amount. If it 3l. They will take 30k. And if the bill is 30k . They will take 3 k. For the same.

    1. Best Hospital 2. Best Doctors 3. Best Nursing Staff. 4. Best house keeping staff We are blessed with a Baby girl. Thanks to Dr. Sushila Netravali Ma'am. Sister ' Pallavi ' was very cooperative and helpful. All Sister's and Nurses are helpful. They treat patient as family member. From the day one that is from month of May 2019 till 16 Jan 2020 , LifePoint team was very cooperative. Billing and Insurance Dept is also Best. Thanks to HR Rakshita Ma'am . Canteen and Food is also Hygienic. Admission and Discharge process is very smooth. I will recommend this hospital .

I was hospitalized here last week. This hospital is a money making machine. They charged me 3 days of hospitalization even though my stay was less than 48 hours. They call it "emergency admission charge". Please don't get admitted on Sunday, they'll surely loot you by saying this is an emergency admission. Thank god I had insurance. Also they charge 10% of hospital bill as "Administration charge" which is not covered by any health insurance. Pure play loot.

Helpful Staff, including nurses, doctors, sweepers, canteen facility available, all services are quick & best, Need to improve for infrastructure, daily maintenance , casual approach of all staff seen sometimes, a good svs from hospital when it comes to admission & claiming, A patient by his own can manage his admission without any relatives help, as hospital is providing all of them smoothly, as this is rare not only but also unique, which I liked d most ....

The worst every nightmare you will have with these people there!! Be aware they lie alot. take a second opinion from other doctors don’t they try the patient stay as much as possible they say all things to scare you. and cashless facilities are garbage there they don’t support you with the process and they care only for their own bills and that’s it. I will advise say no to this hospital there are many other better options near by.

Family member hospitalized for Biopsy, i booked Deluxe Room but its too worst, unhygienic toilets & most important even if after finished everything with formalities not ready to give discharge on weekends: Reason doctor is not available. Also night time no senior doctor available at night time. I will rate 4/5 for staff servicing patients. Canteen is better and good for patients relative to serve better food.

One of the worst hospitals i have experienced with. Even giving the 1 star is an insult of a star itself. It was a nightmare during the covid 2nd wave to admit beloved onces into the hospital. Its all money minded business runs here. When you open covid hospital then how can you treat the patient as seperate patient i didnt understood. They had seperate entry as patient has to rome around to enter into the hospital for admission. Secondly all the staff is either not experienced or neglegant towards the patients family. The doctors who are handling cases are visiting only once for the patient health check up. And the worst part is there is no same status update from main doctor, icu doctor, staff etc. There has been worst situations where the patients even struggled to get the water to drink in such horrible situations. What medical bills they prepare there is no transperancy towards it. Even the hospital doesnt know to which govt hospital wee need to reach out to create "cremation pass". They simply send you to ycm or chinchwad govt hospital. Its actually come under kivansara govt hospital. In my experience, the worst part was that the doctor was least bothered about the patient, they are just followed the protocol what was set up and the answer was always ready thatt we tried everything now its upto patient to recover and respond... Even though writing This wont recover the loss i had but when i had heard similar experience about the hospital from diffirent patient families it was horrible and realised what lifetime mistakes we did last year. ....worst experience of this life, i wish no one should experience similar way..

Don't waste your time, money and mainly patient health. My experience was very bad where in ICU they gave expired medicine to my father. When I asked them to clarify the notes they refused and tried to make a compromise on it. When they argued and used bad words I called the police but we know.. no luck and it all goes to their favour because they destroyed all proof and managed all the peoples. I immediately took discharge and shifted my father to another hospital and now he is feeling better. Between the 5 days in the hospital I also came across a few more cases where their relatives transferred their patients to another hospital. So please do not take your patient to Lifepoint Hospital, Wakad Ping me if you wants more information

My relative had some cold and fever, so we were expecting just an OPD visit. But in life point, the moment you tell them you have an insurance, you will not leave the hospital before 4-5 days at least. Even if you have just cold, the doctor's will make sure you're admitted for 5 days and you'll be charged for a lot of unnecessary tests and medicines. I even felt the medicines I bought was never used and went back to the chemist. Different employees will tel you don't worry as you've insurance. Even during billing, they will charge for you consultant / doctor visits some of which never happened. When you tell them, they will ask to call the doctor who will never pick up. Th resident doctors fees are even more than doctors but they have zero answer to your questions and every time ask you to check with main doctor. But main doctor will come for 15 seconds and not even talk with the relative. The maintenance guys are on different attitude altogether and behave as of they're doing some kind of favour. Most of the staff are Very lazy and immoral including doctors. I will never come to life point again.

Good doctors, but horrible staff. I was admitted in the ICU which requires silence to ensure patient's health. But the staff and nurses were fighting loud, laughing laud, shouting to each other entire night and I couldn't even sleep properly in the ICU section. If they didn't even let patients to sleep properly in ICU, you can imagine how much they care for patients... The staff at billing counter also showed little attitude during the billing related discussion later and I felt like a government hospital. Only good thing about the hospital is doctors and their knowledge & care for patients.

Worst hospital to ever go for. The charges are 300% more than other hospitals, they will just try to get your money as much as possible. The receptionist is the most arrogant guy and have no etiquettes to talk. They will directly threaten you that you will have to pay or face the security.

Doctors are good , service is also good...but it's costly, before the admission of our patient they asked me about health insurance, I don't know why they asked and the most horrible thing is pharmacy...our patient was in ICU and he needs one mask at 3am which costing around 7-8k..so the doctors called me asked to bring the mask, so I asked them I am on my way you collect it from pharmacy I will pay in 10 min..the pharmacy guy denied.Really bad experience with pharmacy...Lifepoint should look after this. I recommend if you have money/health insurance then only go for it.

I was admitted on the 15th November. The food served in the hospital was too good on both taste & quality. Facilities in the hospital are also fine. However, my overall experience has been poor. I was supposed to get a refund cheque for the advance paid within 9 days of discharge. However, post discharge, I had to follow to follow up for much longer time to get my cheque. Only daily calls to them could help, otherwise they wouldn't even have given my cheque pro-actively. Each day, hospital on phone has been saying they have arranged a call back and I never used to receive a call. Now, my insurance company has asked me to share advice note of hospitalization for pre post claim. But I have been calling from 2 days effective 16th December to no luck. I called several times but I was promised a call back on each call with no result. My each next call lands to new executive with everyone being clueless. Why do you promise call backs if it can't be adhered to... Surprisingly, hospital has one enquiry email ID which they they don't respond to (unsure on why).

Let me utilise this platform to express my gratitude towards Lifepoint Hospital and its management Reaction time - They are swift, precise, no bakqwass and to the point Facilities - they claim its a multispeciality hospital, it turns out to be true Food - the food provided for patient was awsome and canteen has got food for customers which is hygienic and tasty too Patient Care - they react very fast and doesn't miss any dosage. They just take care of the patients like their family members Billing - the guys at billing seem a little bit un-interested in the beginning, but they are proven very effective. they keep you posted for each and every transaction Pharmacy - The pharma guys are good NICU for infants - this is one awesome hygienic and responsible place I found in the hospital Insurance - The insurance guys are very supportive and completely patient oriented. they try to help to the maximum possible overall - those 4 days spent was a great experience and returned home with my newborn with a smile A big thanks for LifePoint Hospital. <3 πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

My mother got admitted there for stomach/abdominal infection. I must say hospital takes good care of their patients. Their admission and discharge process was very smooth. The best thing is their nursing station staff is really good - ward duty doctors, nurses and workers all were very polite, prompt, helpful and really took good care of my mother. Their cafeteria serves hygiene food and were always on time.

Admitted my mother for few complications due to old age. As soon as reached the hospital, immediately they started the treatment. After initial investigations, they decided to move her at ICU, and treated very well there for two days and then shifted her to the room for rest of the treatments. Doctors, nurses, ward boys and girls are very caring and supportive. Highly impressed. Hopefully discharge will also a very smooth and no issues in insurance settlement.

Think twice before going this hospital, profit making is the key objective of this hospital, they will ask you to undergo unnecessary tests, a SOP which may not be suitable for every patient. They will keep follow what is asked although it is not exactly needed to you. Medicines counter will make you pay at MRP, I am not saying above it but many other hospitals or medicals provide more discount on the same. In nutshell, when patient is in trouble they will make best use of it, by being in their framework so no one can question them, but people with medical background will understand it. Patient to patient, or case to case approach is missing. Blanket policy for all without actually understanding the need.

Being mother for first time is the awesome experience and it became wonderful and smooth with Dr. Deepali Nirwane mam and Lifepoint hospital staff. I must say, Good hospital facilities, Easy access from highway, Staff is cooperative, polite and humble. Housekeeping is well maintained. Tasty and hot food facility to patients. Tea from canteen is very nice. Suggestion- Room Fan/Ac/Light maintenance was not up to the mark, there are all bright and warm lights but for night it is not suitable... that can be made dim light at least one point in a room.

I visited Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital for two of my major surgeries. Dr. Mayur Purandare and Dr. Vishal Patil explained the surgical points very clearly. They have also operated very professionally and suggested the necessary precautions to be taken after discharge. Hospital nursing staff is very kind and professional. Food service was okay. Insurance team is also fine at work.

Good and cooperative staff. Hospital is clean and well maintained. Especially Dr Rakesh Neve is excellent and professional doctor. His way of explaining and motivating the patients to fight against the disease like cancer is noteworthy. I wish Dr Rakesh Neve and entire staff of Lifepoint all the very best and keep up the good work

Overall treatment and patient care is excellent.. Dr visits are in timely manner. Patients are treated well. only thing I observed that, they do not have tie up with all cashless insurance providers. If this would have been there, it's worth of 5 star.

I was admitted for the kidney stone operation. I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The staff were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to my comfort. The medical team provided clear explanations and personalized care, making me feel confident in my treatment. I would highly recommend this hospital for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I was admitted in hospital for minor procedure. Doctors , anesthesian was good , but nursing staff is very untrained. I was admitted on 4th Jan 24 around 8 in evening and it was good till next morning, all tests fitness was checked. But later on 5th Jan when I was supposed to get admitted in OT at 8 am. Later after OT was under observation in ICU for 2 hours from 10-12..I know I was not critical but my IV was going on and blood started going back in IV and I was sleeping , visitors were not allowed for more than minute and when I woke up I saw blood surging back and I called nurse & she did flush it with saline water. Then when I was transferred to room, my bed was in same condition as I left in morning ..no cleaning or sheets change were done. I was on anathesia so in evening I asked and I was told laundry is closed. Then later when I complained head of housekeeping came and said sorry and that they will change the sheets and give me fresh dress, blanket was torn out. Prior that too they said if it will be changed now it won't be changed next morning ..to which I said you should have changed it earlier only ..you missed it and now you are not ready to do it as per next day schedule also to somehow head said sorry and will do next morning which they didn't do. The nursing staff didn't perform my stat checks like fever oxygen bp after OT entire day till next day . The nurse which was available on 5th Jan evening was worst as she flushed the saline water like Holi pichkari and I got 2 shapes like tumors in my wrist with severe pain and I asked to remove IV and not to put it until next day..I called nurse in midnight 1am as I had fever..so basically experience other than OT was way worst as we - me and my husband had to ask them multiple times if there is anything to be done or any medicines or anything at all. Also they were getting irritated. I would like to mention that anathesian Ridhi was very good. Even Namita mavashi was Excellent in her work but rest were looking like not trained at all. The facilities are not worth when you are spending thousands and lakhs of money on your treatment. Two starts only for people who did there work honestly -anathesian Ridhi and Namita Mavashi.

If i had a chance to give zero star would have given that. Doctor dushyant is not at all experienced for ent related issues. I had an abscess on my jaw, and from beginning he took the direction to cancer and wasted money on tests. Then i went to tata cancer hospital and they explained the difference between cyst, tumor and abscess. Utter time and money waste. He wil just focus on conducting tests for money, instead of telling the patient the root cause.

If you want to save your loved ones life please don't go at this hospital, they are only money making hospital, doctor Sonali nirali the WORST Doc she doesn't care of the patient, she is only interested in coming and going out of hospital while in case of emergency she is not there what type of doc she is, no proper communication of patient health to family members, receptionist have different level of attitude like they are doing free of cost service, here critical patient who should be taken care by senior doctor was given in hand of nurse of ICU what pathetic doctors they have. Also when the so called doctor (Sonali nirali) is not available signature of her in every document is there how is this possible, farzi doctor and farzi hospital.

My mother was admitted at Lifepoint multi-speciality hospital for injury in ankle joint. Dr Arvind Varma sir (orthopaedic surgeon) were looking after required treatment. Doctor explained us treatment steps very nicely and with detailed information. Treatment involved surgery for joint relocation and fracture treatment, under Dr Varma sir. We are very much satisfied with treatment by Dr Varma sir and his time to time updates about progress. We are always thankful to sir and team. About housekeeping and nursing: They are really well trained and cooperative to patients and as well as to relatives. However sometime bit delayed response noticed as they were attending other patients, but improvement can be done by increasing number of staff. About billing and insurance department: Well sound staff and prompt response from team is appreciated. Cafeteria: Nicely managed cafeteria and food taste is maintained good. Same is being served to patients as well and team served every meal to patients on time. It was very satisfying experience for getting treatment at Lifepoint multi-speciality hospital.

Hello Everyone, This is Harshad Ghadge from Satara. My father was suffering from CA colon since 4-5 months. Before the diagnosis of this decease we approached multiple hospitals in Satara and done various tests for example Sonography, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy etc but they were unable to find the root cause. In the meantime my father’s health was deteriorating day by day and family was completely collapsed. Fortunately one of my friend suggested to connect with Dr. Rakesh Neve Sir. I called him immediately and explained the situations. Sir suggested us to shift the patient directly to Pune. We met Dr Neve Sir in β€œLifePoint Multi Speciality Hospital”, Wakad, Pune. He had quick overview of all the reports and patient inspection also. Then he explained us about the decease, the procedures and expenses required, and asked for PET Scan test. But We did not wait for the PET Scan reports and based on his expert opinion we decided to go through surgery a very next day. I remember the day 12th July 2022. It was β€œAashadhi Ekadashi”, Normally everyone in my family have fast on this occasion, but this time it was very much crucial day for us. The surgery took 3 to 3 and half hours to complete. Everyone of us was praying to β€œLord Vitthal”. Dr Neve sir was giving us updates whenever required. Finally, he declared that surgery is successfully done and he has removed the affected part of the intestine, but due to some reason its not a complete surgery, He has to make a temporary provision for the toilet (Stroma) and after few weeks one more surgery (closure) is required. After this first surgery we were in hospital for next 8-10 days. And after completing 3 months, we again hospitalised for the next surgery ( 18th Oct 2022) which again have some complexities so it took 4+ hours. But finally it’s success and patient is also doing good. The total hospitalisation expenses are descent and affordable to middle class. While writing this reviews I am sitting in Hospitals reception. And happy to appreciate every member of this hospital (Doctors, OT/ICU staff, Brothers, Sisters, Admin, Billing, Sweepers etc) for the service they are offering to each and every patient. Quick suggestion - Hospital can help people by providing various government schemes For example - Mahatma Phule(MJPJAY), PM cares, CM cares funds etc for the needy people, who cannot afford the expenses. If it happens I am sure this β€˜World Class’ treatment will be a reality for the β€˜Common Man’. Finally, A β€˜BIG THANKS’ to Dr Rakesh Neve Sir. May God bless him.

Very worst hospital. Even for normal x-ray they charges 950 rupees and xray print they give on normal paper which is so disgusting that i showed to other doctor in clinic for treatment then he told me for cost saving they uses normal paper which is very bad. Hence i will never go for xray in lifepoint multispeciality hospital also be aware if you are going

The hospital is poorly managed. The treatment provided isn't up to the standard. The wait time is huge. My father was admitted here for half a day and it cost me 7000k for general ward. The treatment given was just an anti-acidity injection and sonography. The staff denied to provide sonography images saying that nobody provides it. The nurse removed needle and threw it on the bed where my father was. It was complete negligence from the staff. Later they provided the images after cross questioning. The ICU admission was suggested when patient was perfectly stable. Therefore, I withdrew the admission and stopped further treatment there. I have paid 20k for the treatment and they are expected to return the balance. Today its 6th day and still money isn't returned. I wouldn't advise the hospital for any treatment based on my experience. I request administration to look into the refund issue.

It was great experience at Lifepoint when my son undergone laparoscopic appendectomy surgery and admitted for 4 days under the guidance of Dr Bharat Oza. Its not only about atmosphere in hospital but the cooperation we had from doctors, support staff, admin and other personnel like insurance dept also. One cannot stop appreciating the canteen and the quality of food and the services they provide. Specially, I should thanks to in-charge, 4th floor (I forgot her name) who seems to be expert in counselling and made my son’s stay comfortable there. And what to say about Dr Bharat Oza, Salute to his expertise and unique proficiency to deal with patient. Trustworthy man! Thanks to Dr Bharat Oza for all your support. Only unfortunate thing, administration charges 10% is shocking for me, ALWAYS. Ranjit Jadhav

It's not hospital, it's a business . I admitted my mother in law for chemotherapy and they charged for chemotherapy, chemotherapy planning and nursing charges saperately when I asked for difference, no one had answer. Docter and Nursing was Good but the cost is very high. She had around 13 chemo before that in various other hospitals but this have the highest cost among all and that too in below average general ward. And most interesting the took admin charges and no admin was avalible to discuss the bill.

Worst hospital ever visited, I have visited to hospital as in emergency as my dad started to feel pain in chest it was due to acidity and doctors are like he have got a small heart attack and directly admitted him to ICU, without any patients concern that should we shift him to ICU and they just kept on forcing to pay the deposit amount which is 25k, he was kept in hospital just for 12 hrs for no reason, all the doctors and staff just make sure that how should they pass the deposit amount and make sure to make a bill more than 25k, it cost me 27.5k for acidity, i would recommend no one to visit this hospital even for fever or cough. It's the worst hospital.

Worst ever hospital we have seen so far in all aspects 1. Inside Doctor does not proper information about the operation/scopy. 2. For Haemoglobin related inj they tried on hand muscles which is still blackish from last 1.5 months 3.about payment its fraud or something i am not sure but we have opted for Gmoney and when bill come received they told discount is the service charge of G money which was not told by Gmoney person at the time of admission 4. Nurse and other staff not given proper information at the time of discharge Consulting doctors are good no issue with them

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES AT ALL I had worst experience in this hospital, I visited for my mom who is a senior citizen and was having a chest pain and high Blood pressure but when we went to casualty/emergency it was worst emergency service I saw they did not attend my mom well it took them 15-20minute for an emergency service to get ECG done for a senior citizen who is having a chest pain issue. Then the OPD doctor Dr Prashant Gaikwad who was cordial but not seems to be experienced asked us to wait and do another ECG after taking some medicine for reducing heart rate as he wanted to be sure there is not issue with heart. We waited for 1 hr and went for another ECG as asked, they took over 45 minutes in emergency ward to get an ECG done. It was a pathetic experience for us as my mom is my priority and I won't take her to such facilities where u don't guarantee excellent care. When I asked for feedback form they denied and said they do not have a feedback form thus sharing an review here for people who in need be helped to take a clear decision.

Overall great experience. We got the CRIF surgery done yesterday for my elder son (11years) and it was done with perfection. All the doctors and smother staff like admin, insurance , housekeeping etc are doing their work with passion and hence are in a position to give great user experience. Everyone is co operative and unnecessary nuisance is not created at all. To the point treatment with Amazing results. I had the same positive experience last year when my Mom as well as Dad were admitted. Trust is now build!!Recommended

I will share my feedback about the hospital in good points and where needs improvement. Good Points πŸ‘ : 1. Doctors are really good, even assistant doctors are also good and friendly. 2. Canteen food is also nice πŸ˜‹. 3. housekeeping is also doing a great job. 4. Insurance department. Bad Points about Hospital πŸ‘Ž : 1. The worst part Of the hospital is Nursing staff. They don't know how to talk with patients. They talk with patients very rudely like they don't care about patients and they are here only to fill the work hours not also to do the job. The nursing team required communication/ soft skill training. I would strongly request the Lifepoint management team. Please consider this.
