DO NOT LET SABRINA DO YOUR HAIR!!!! She absolutely butchered my hair. It’s beyond uneven and she it’s so unprofessional and rude. I had to listen to her talk about how much she hates her husband and gossip with her coworker for 25 minutes while my color sat in my hair, she also got color ALL OVER my shirt. The only person that knows how to to do hair is Devin she’s the one who fixed that mess she’s amazing. As I was getting my hair fixed I also heard Sabrina bashing a past client of hers, she’s beyond unprofessional and can’t do hair. If you ever wanna cry at night because your hair is so bad she’s your girl.

My wife went in for highlights and came out with darker hair than she went in with. I called the manager to ask her for even a partial refund. She said to come into the store to get refunded. I drove 30 minutes to her store, waited to talk to her (in an empty Ulta) for 20 minutes. I tried to shake her hand and be nice and she gave me an attitude and was hesitant to shake my hand. Then she said no to the refund. She blamed my wife, called me and my wife a liar (about her hair being darker than before, even though i showed her pictures), and so on. I kindly told her that what she paid 190 dollars for is not what she got and asked for even a partial refund. So now I'm on the phone with headquarters to discuss how Katherine (the manager) and Ana (other manager) are con artists and bad business women. Rest assured im getting refunded. Not because i need the money, but because they absolutely didnt deliver on their services. And if they respond her calling me out, i will post pictures and expose their lies.

I enjoyed the variety of beauty products. I was excited to find that they carry Joico hair products, which are the only hair products that keep my hair healthy and thick. I was greeted with a friendly 'hello' when I entered the store. The sales people are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products. The best part for me, even if it's a small thing, is that the sales floor employees are NOT pushy! They actually listen and genuinely offer help to the customer! Overall, it was a great experience!!

Extremely disappointed in the salon at this store. I asked for platinum hair as I’ve been wearing this color for years. New to the area and it seems hard to find professional talent when it comes to beauty services. After my hair was washed I noticed it looked purple and pointed it out to Ashley twice. She kept saying “it’ll wash out.” As she started to blow dry my hair it looked purple-ish/grey in color. I again pointed it out and she said again “it’ll wash out and lighten up.” My hair color looked terrible and right in front of both of us and Ashley did not seem to want to take the time to fix it. I paid $205 and did not leave a tip. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady at the counter said she was unavailable. I called the salon an hour later and left a message for Ana. It’s been 24 hours and I’m still waiting on Ana to return my call. I’ll call again today and if not refunded then I will call headquarters. I have to now pay to get my hair fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Brittney has been doing my brows for a while now. My brows are more even and fuller than ever! She’s awesome! I’m excited for my appointment tomorrow! :)

Rushed to get my daughter there in time, after work to purchase a 27.00 lip stain. You couldn't even be bothered to keep the doors open until 8:00pm! Instead you choose to lock them at 7:57 when people were still inside shopping. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't even talk about the time I got all the way there for a hair appointment for them to tell me they were closing early that day. 😒

This review is about Darwin at the salon. He’s excellent, he takes his time, he is attentive, he listens, and he really makes you look good. He thinks about what he’s doing. Even coming in for a trim, he gets down to really make sure he’s getting all of the split ends and bringing your hair back to health 10 out of 10 recommend Darwin, I hope he never leaves, I would follow him wherever he went.

Went there last Saturday . Did gloss treatment , my hair was still the same not shine at all , and I and the lady trim the front beside my face very little like if you trim your bang . The gloss price was fine $55 but the trim was $47 before taxes that’s ridiculous ! So if they charge trim bang for $15 but charge me $47 ?? Wow that’s outraged !! I will never go back to this place again !

If you need help choosing products, I hope Gabby is there! She has experience from doing weddings and also folks my age, retirees. I am so happy with her recommendations. She is cheerful and respectful, and was a wonderful help.

Ashley T is awesome. She made me feel at ease right away and not only did we have fun but my hair is so much better than I anticipated. (Not for lack of faith in her abilities, I had just really jacked my own hair up) she totally rocked it! If you have the opportunity to request her, DO IT!

I had a awesome experience with Sabrina. She did a great job! I had let my hair grow out for almost 3 yrs & it was time to go back blonde! It turned out perfectly!!

Do NOT get your hair done at ULTA Salon! I've had my hair messed up twice! The 2nd lady still works there. I paid over $250, just to have to pay $150 to have it fixed elsewhere! I missed a call from the manager, tried to call back for days and couldn't get in touch with her again. I was dismissed when expressing my dislike for my hair. I had to buy Clarifying shampoo to fade the ugly toner the lady used on me. I had grey hair! Don't get ripped off with a $64 hair cut and then have to have your hair cut off because the stylist ruined your hair! ULTA will not refund your money or take responsibility for messing your hair up! The stylist was very ugly to me when I told her that my hair was horrible and I would not give her a third chance to fix it. $256 wasted and all of my hair has been chopped off! Do not give them your money or a chance to mess up your hair!

Came here for a blowout and all of the stylists and beauty experts were amazing. Abby did the best blowout ever. Will definitely be back again!

The blonde girl needs more training on product knowledge. I don’t need to be lectured on her opinion that highlighters are meant to have glitter and I won’t come across one that doesn’t have it… just say whether you have it or not. There are a ton of highlighters that don’t have a glitter shimmer ie Tower 28 shimmer free highlighter, westman atelier highlighter stick, wander beauty double date lip + cheek, no glitter jouer powder highlighter etc. all I wanted to know was wether ulta had something like that. Thankfully Amy helped me much better and I was able to find something I loved.
