They take appointments up to 3:20 yet they close at 3:30. So of course they will not see you then! Online hours show 4pm confirmed by businesses. They not. I wasted 1 hour of my life to drive here. Overweight guy said closed while tapping on door and pointing to facility hours. Ruuuuuude!!!!

Worst experience at quest. What’s is the point of walk ins if they can’t see walk ins. Should only be appointments only. I have been waiting 3 hours now. It took less time to be seen at urgent care. Just take walk in options off the table instead having people wait hours to be seen. I understand appointments are priority however, over two hours is ridiculous.

I have to say that by reading the reviews I was apprehensive about going to this place but I have always believe to give places a chance and create my own opinions. Making the appointment through the web site was easy, when I got to lab the place was clean and and organized. My appointment was for 8:10am and by 8:20 I was out of there. Nisha was welcoming and professional and put me at ease. Don't let the bad reviews scare you off. Make your own opinions!

I started my experience here very annoyed by the fact that they have no receptionist. Highly annoyed. My attitude was quickly turned around by Joy. She opened the door to the lobby and was very kind when I asked her my questions and even checked my daughter in so I didn’t have to deal with the kiosk. She was super friendly throughout my visit. Thank you Joy!

Edit:So I went from being next for a long time, to numerous people being called in front of me. All other time slot appts were called back on time BUT me. Upon me saying “ma’am excuse me” she slammed the lab door in my face. Never mind the fact there’s no staff out here to help What’s the point of appointments if you’re not going to follow them? Watched it go from 3 in front, to 6 and it’s long overdue time for the appt.

I thought I was going to have to wait for hours as a walk-in, based on all the negative reviews. I got there right when they opened at 7am and only had to wait about 20 mins. They were super fast and I received my results the next day.

I don’t necessarily give the facility 5 stars for various reasons but I do give Amiyah 5 stars! She went above and beyond for me when they were about to lock the doors. She gave me just that extra 30 seconds of her shift to help me, and that’s the type of patient care us patients have been missing lately. So thank you, Amiyah for your smiles and hard work!

Will not go back. Mya greeted every one very unpleasantly. Horrible attitude.
