    The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We order 2 milkshakes and a basket of fries. They charged us with a different order and the attempted to charge us again at the second window for the same wrong order. When I told her we'd already paid, she tried to give me a 3rd wrong order. I tried to explain what was happening and was asked to wait, eventually handed a bag of fries, and asked to pull around to wait for milkshakes. 45 minutes later, 45 MINUTES, I decided to walk in and check at which time I was again asked to wait a few moments, finally someone of authority asked if I'd been helped, after explaining again she apologized and then made and gave me my milkshakes so I left. I'm not generally one to complain and I'm patient. Save yourself the headache and go to a different McDonald's 5 minutes up the road.

    Food is for the most part usually pretty good. My complaints are to do with staff. Quit hiring rude people. I pulled in and usually people ask if i wanna use my mobile app. I had to ask and she proceeded to laugh at me. Couldn't even hand my card back properly. So rude just put her hand out the window underneath my truck window to where I can barley grab. She didn't say have a nice day or even greet me. Or make eye contact. The moment I grabbed it she turned her back to be me like a whole 180.and now she is literally leaning against the window with her back as I'm typing. So rude. This is my second incounter with the young girl. But I will say the lady with the tattoos on her neck and long hair at the second window such a great attitude and super sweet. But it's called customer service for a reason. I'm not asking for anything crazy. I usually don't wrote bad reviews. It doesn't take much just be a decent person and hand me my card and don't laugh. That was uncalled for. I don't expect much coming to places anymore. I just expect to take my order. Hand a card back properly and get my food and be on my way .

    Just came by ordered 5 burgers and 2 small fries, im missing a burger and my burgers are all cold the cheese isn’t even melted on the Pattie I’ve tried calling the store 6 times no response what so ever this is the third time this has happened where I’ve gotten the wrong stuff and gross stuff and for no refund or a response from the store when trying to get a refund, this my burger after I popped it in the microwave, half the pattie was missing besides the bite I took, im missing a whole Big Mac!!!!!!! 6$ burger missing

    So it started at an other location where I ordered 2 large frappes through the app and upon arrival a very disrespectful guy talked to me at the drive through where he checked me in (charged my card) and waived me to the second window. At the second window I was told that they don’t have the drinks I have ordered (yet they went ahead and charged me anyway!) and I need to pick something else or otherwise I’ll have to get on the phone with customer service to get a refund. I asked why did they charge me for something that they knew they don’t have but I didn’t get an answer. Gave me an option to drive across town to pick up my order so I went with it. When arriving at this location from across town I was told that I had to park and go inside I cannot just get my drinks I drove here for at the drive through window. After some wait I was presented with two sorry looking frappes that was only filled to about ¾ of the way. I asked if I may have two full drinks as I’ve paid for it and it’s not a favor for me like they have handled it. I’ve got attitude but luckily a nearby manager told them to fix another one. So after driving through town and waiting for a while to get what I’ve paid for I got even more attitude and another set of sorry looking ¾ cup of frappes. At that point I just gave up and walked away to share my story as a cautionary tale in case you would think about getting anything from a Fort Walton Beach McDonald’s. Edit: Forgot to mention that throughout all this I haven’t get on apology and the second set of frappes were basically just a ¾ cup of coarsely grind up ice with some coffee mix.

    I waited in line 7 minutes after I ordered. When I got to the window all the crew was over by the front door looking at a baby. The girl came to the window and didn't know what I ordered. It gets worse every time I go. The other McDonald's is so much better but this one is closer to my work. I'm just about through going here anyway!

    They dont have enough ppl working. Waiting dor 8 mins for a barely warm burger and almost flat dr pepper, THIS particular place is a constant let down so i go to others but happened to not pay any attention and bam, let down again. I do not blame the employees but the owners/mgr

    Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order even after there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. 8 cars came and went before I ever got my food. It seemed as though they only came to bring me the food after I came and looked in the doors I understand they are under construction and possibly understaffed but if that's the case you guys should be paying Then more money to get more people in there to help them. I saw there was a large order through the drive-through but that still doesn't make much senseConsidering they were able to send 8 cars through before they ever brought me my food I honestly think that they were trying to take 2 orders out at once Since someone got food mobile for pick up after me and they waited there for 20 minutes and they had 2 items. I'm not saying you guys are doing a bad job I'm saying that you need more staff and probably need to go ahead and pay everybody more since they're doing so much work.

    The little girl at the counter was extremely rude and it was like I was a bother to her for having to take my order. Not only did I have to keep asking for my drinks but when she handed me my food she rolled her eye turned her side to not saying a word. Would not recommend this place unless you like horrible service with a side of rude. 👎🏼

    Guy taking our order takes forever while no one is in line just our vehicle alone. After 10 minutes of waiting he apologizes and takes our order for a coke and another drink item, ran out of sweet tea once again for the 100th time it feels like. The guy who took our order didn’t even look at us and was not happy to be at work obviously, after paying he then hopped onto counter top and sat in his phone before we could even pull away to the next window.

    One of the worst experiences, I ordered lunch with Hot chocolate. They gave me coffee instead and it was very cold. the waiter putting her finger inside the coffee to check the temperature then she added cocoa powder, reheating it again.

    I have never felt the need to post about a fast food place because the quality is usually pretty standard. The bathrooms in this facility clearly have not been cleaned in weeks to months. Given construction dust in the corners plus layers of dried hand soap it's possible these haven't been cleaned since the place was built. Not being able to see the kitchen makes me wonder how clean the overall facility is (or isn't).

    Ordering took 10 minutes. Paid. Pulled to the front. Waited another 10 minutes. An employee bring two bags of food out. He hands it to the car in front of me. He puts his hand in the bag to see that it was not his order. The employee takes it and reaches his hand in the bag. He brings the bag back inside. Another employee reaches her hand in the bag and brings it to me. After 3 different hands in my order. I threw it away. Thanks so much

    The McDonald's on Elgin Parkway is the worst. They do not care about your order. The last three times I have gone to this one, the order has been missing food and cold. As someone who has worked fast food, it is not hard to read a ticket and put HOT, FRESH, food in a bag. Do NOT go to this one. It should be closed down. Drive the extra distance and go to the one in Shalimar. They at least will give you everything you order.

    Keeping it simple. 1. Staff needs to be more responsible in completing orders! Missing items on many orders while sitting here for only 20 mins. 2. Place clean &restroom clean. 3. The milk shake machine out of order and 1 of 2 fountain machine is out of order. 4. Staffs are polite. 5. Young man with a beard Vaping in the dinning area in front of other staff near bathroom. Not a good example. Don’t recommend and NOT COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

    Guy that took our order was rude, the lady at the window was even worse. It’s all about customer service, and these people had none. We got asked by 4 different people what our order was, then the lady got mad and huffed at us bc she got our order wrong. These people need to learn some major customer service skills, especially if working with the public.

    Started to order, but cutoff by someone who told us they were only taking cash. We advised we had cash and could order. They said what do you want. Between items the man would yell "drink" meaning he was trying to get you to tell him which drink we wanted. So weird. Then we paid and were last in the line (others behind us pulled off, I'm sure due to no cash). Were told by a lady standing outside upfront to pull up even though our drinks were sitting in the window. We pulled around the building and said our drinks are in the window and she looked annoyed. They finally brought our drinks and foot and was missing an order of fries. Even though the receipt was for three meals, she told us 2 fries were correct. We had to pull around and go in to get the missed item. Something was very weird about the entire transaction. If they were not rushing and pushing people to drive around when no customers behind, they wouldn't be so stressed and would be making many less mistakes. Will likely never eat at this location again.

    Went here tonight about 30-40 mins before closing. They took our order quickly but then we waited forever at the window for our food. We ordered 2 Big Mac combos without lettuce. They got the no lettuce part right but both sandwiches only had one meat patty on it. Also ask for HOT mustard got honey mustard instead.

    The McDonald's on Eglin was terrible. We were the only customers in thr restaurant, yet the majority of the tables were dirty. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally showed up to take our order. When I received my burgers, they had been left in the warmer for so long that the buns were hard. When I went to the counter to have it fixed, I waited 5 more minutes for the guy to come back to the front, but during that time I saw him in the back of the kitchen area talking to someone. I finally got my order fixed. I ordered 2 strawberry pies for my daughter and was told it would take 5 minutes. 8 minutes later we go to the front to check on our order and end up standing there waiting for another 5 plus minutes for assistance. Meanwhile, there were several employees walking through the front area, but no one even asked if we needed anything. Our visit occurred on Monday, August 22 at 4:30 pm. This is hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.

    Kind of clean lobby. Food was good temperature. Chicken nuggets were freshly fried. I ordered through the app for table service and the counter girl wanted me to pick it up at counter. So I told her that it was table. And she brought it to the table. She made a face. But she brought it. No manners at all. So next time Im gonna order Drive thru and see what happens

    Incredibly slow service. The food is standard McDonald's, this is one that ends breakfast at 10:30. Can't believe how much it costs for two breakfast meals, was $16+! And what's happened to the double sausage and egg mcmuffin? Our food arrived after a little wait, but we had to chase up our drinks which took over 15 mins to arrive.

    I love Mc Donald's usually but this one is very flawed with it's service that it lacks. Again I'm there before 10:30 in the drive thru and again they tell me they are closed. I know better that that since I went across town to another McDonald's and sure enough they were open. The sign on both stores read the same open and closing hours. Management is allowing that at this place. It's unacceptable!

    I came on 11/20/2023 around 5pm and ordered in the drive thru. Despite being extremely busy and wrapped around the building they managed to pull cars forward, keep the line moving and brought my food to me hot and fresh and in and a timely manner. And they were extremely friendly. 10 out of 5 stars.

    Ordered burger, fries, and drink. Experience was fine but whole atmosphere of workers and my friend's food was terrible. One of my friends had like 3 or 4 long hairs in their latte.

    This new era of workers in America will be the downfall. Everyone wants to get paid but no one wants to work. The attitudes here are synonymous with this generation. Rude, entitled(by what you work at McDonald's), and lazy. Only at this location which is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to on planet earth. 👎👎👎👎

    They had to remake a simple double quarter pounder with cheese and no pickles and onions four times before getting it right. They are extremely rude especially the manager. They can’t even do their job right.

    Ordered my food the same way I always order it. And it got messed up as usual. Had them fix my order and it was still wrong. So I get them to REFUND me and of course it takes 24 hours for the money to go back on my card. So thank you for messing up my order and making sure I don't eat today due to having to wait for my money.

    I mean we know what we're getting when we go in food wise. The better question is always the service ... Well lacking seems appropriate. From the drive through operater really not wanting to be there and about as pleasant as hugging a porcupine, she was not to be outdone for by the food delivery. I've learned with fast food ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. paid for four breakfast sandwiches and a hasbrown with a lg coke and med sprite. Luckily they were slow so I just backed up and the lovely food delivery person was aghast that me; a mere peasant was asking for the additional sandwich that I had purchased. After taking the bag back and walking away for a few minutes she stuck the bag back through the window and yelled CHECK IT! Finally I know it's a strange concept but actually getting what I paid for....never the less my son and I ate the food which was hot and fresh. The service....yeah not so much

    Went through drive-thru to get breakfast for my dog and I. Wanted to get a side of bacon for my dog. They said they could not sell me a side of bacon! How do you add extra bacon to a sandwich genius? Just use that button! Needless to say, I drove off. With 3 clueless women staring out the window at me. We will not be back.

    The employees in this place are very rude. A year ago I stopped going and tried to pop in again. This is worst McDonald’s I have ever been in period. If you want to be treated rude and then eat next to a few homeless passed out that don’t bath by all means. This is the place.
