I wouldn't even bother going here. I saw three medical professionals and all three misdiagnosed and threw medication at a pancreas problem that they diagnosed as a stomach issue. After about 9 months I finally went to better doctors. The only time you'll see a doctor here is at the ER, if you even see one there. What they don't tell you is this is basically a learning hospital. Good luck, their mistakes could have cost me my life.

If I could leave this facility zero stars I absolutely would. My daughter has been suffering for DAYS of UTI symptoms. We had an appointment on a Friday afternoon to get her checked. They needed a fresh urine sample and told us the lab closed at 4 so they refused to test her. So they scheduled us to come back in the morning at 8 AM on a Saturday. We come in as scheduled, with a fresh urine sample from one of the cups given to us from the facility. We drop it off at the lab at 830 and HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM ANYONE. They said it was going to be ready in a matter of 30 minutes and NOTHING. I finally called to get to the bottom of things at noon & THE LAB CLOSED AT NOON. Had a nurse check the culture for us & she said THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST IT AND LEFT THE ORDER THERE UNFINISHED. This medical facility & the staff disgust me. Do NOT use them. We now will be taking my daughter to the ER.

I have found out ,,, I will not be treated as such. I want a doctor I can see and maybe even talk to. This place is so wrapped up in getting your money and moving on to the next patient that they don't really care how you feel or what's going on. This needs to be labeled as medical malpractice. Us as patients deserve to be treated with reason not what you feel. We are the patients,,,, try listening to us for a change. Speaking of change it might be time to search for a new doctor.

Don’t bother, what’s been happening is something you can’t make up. My primary doctor suddenly disappeared overnight and wasn’t told until I went in myself. I had to go through hoops and loops for my medication for reasons I cannot fathom. Their nurse practitioner has an attitude and their scheduling is beyond atrocious. They called and told me everything was good to go and we will see you tomorrow only to show up and have another nurse who scheduled my appointment tell me my appointment isn’t due until a month later. Take your business and piece of mind elsewhere. Their automated and generic reply to all the reviews you see is enough of an indicator.

READ BEFORE YOU GO! After having my baby I started going to white wilson. Everytime I took my infant into the office the front desk was collecting money from me. After several hundred dollars I decided to contact my insurance to find out why my insurance is not paying for these appointments and since I was desperate to see the doctor we paid out of pocket. After finding out my insurance had made payments to the office I tried to get our money back. It has been 5 months of back and forth fighting with the billing department and my insurance but let's just say they never gave my money back and kept giving me the run around. In the end they collected both payments and still ask for more money. Sad they take advantage of people when they are desperate to get medical attention. Find a good doctors office that cares about you! Don't waste your money!

Previously loved my provider, but she failed to recognize when I repeatedly said that I had recently been in a car accident and needed follow-up imagining. Insurance billed it to be because she did not notate ANYWHERE in my file that I was on crutches with a bruised face and torso, and there was therefore insufficient evidence to write it into my settlement. When I called patient accounting and a supervisor, they simply wanted me to accept and pay for my provider’s mistake. I don’t believe the mistake of a doctor should be the patient’s financial responsibility, especially when it comes to billing codes. I have now paid it because I don’t want medical creditors on my back, but I will never return to White Wilson again.

Absolutely awful!! I only chose this place because they advertise evening and weekend hours and I work throughout the week. I had to wait MONTHS to get my first appointment and was told the latest appointment I could do is 3:45. I was very direct that I always work until 4 and would have to take off early, so I would arrive just before my appointment. I showed up at 3:40 today and was told my appointment was cancelled and I would have to reschedule. After taking off work early and driving 50 minutes just for this appointment, I probably ended up better off because I can’t imagine how bad their medical care is!

Please be aware of the scam this Medical Office is conducting. They are receiving both payments, from the patient and the insurance company. I advise anyone going to this medical office to refuse to pay until the medical claim has been sent to the insurance company. This office is double collecting and refusing to reimburse any credited patience balance.

Regarding the immediate care employees; I would like to say that everyone was really great! Very polite and friendly. I ended up having to bring my toddler with me and the nurse Caroline even gave her stickers. Caroline was especially wonderful as she is super sweet and informative about everything that pertained to my appointment! From the receptionists to the nurse to the provider and to the ladies at the lab, everyone was so great! If I need to I will definitely use White Wilson again!

This place is terrible...they treat their doctors like factory workers so they never stay employed here very long. I have been a patient here for 6 years. The only time I have ever seen a doctor is when I was in the hospital. You can't establish a relationship with a doctor because they are constantly leaving. Appointments are impossible to get...sometimes you have to schedule 3 months out because they are the only people in Fort Walton that take medicaid. So if you don't have medicaid don't go here...the scheduling and office staff are so rude.

Got an email that my Dec appointment is as canceled and I needed to reschedule. Call and was told the doctor isn’t seeing anyone new. I ask about the doctor I had been seeing for over a year and they tell me she’s left and I was offered an appointment for September 2024 with a new doctor. People leave, I get that. Don’t send an appointment cancellation with reschedule notice. Take the time to call me and tell me or email something. 6 other member of my family can still go there and be seen and I have to find a whole new doctors office and re-establish as a new patient to get my prescriptions now.
