We had such a wonderful time at secret garden spa! The staff were all kind and inviting. You come in and take off your shoes and hang up your coat and feel right at home. We booked the romantic couples massage and the room was perfect. I loved all of the flowers and plants that were in the spa. Will hopefully visit again in the future and would recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been visiting Secret Garden regularly for more than a year. It’s always easy to book a massage and their masseuses do a really great job. I’ve never had a bad massage. Unfortunately, during my last visit there was such a lack of professionalism by masseuse that I probably won’t return. She met me smelling strongly of tobacco smoke with stained clothing. Then, she talked during my entire 60 min massage about her pit bulls. I’m okay with a little conversation for the first few minutes of the massage- but I couldn’t relax while hearing about how her dog picked up another by the face and tossed it around. I’m disappointed because I really enjoyed visiting Secret Garden.

This place is absolutely amazing! On my first visit, I was offered water in a floral teacup with a crunchy minty seed that had come FROM THEIR GARDEN which I think sums up the vibe of this place! Very cute and relaxing. I've received a massage from Debbie that was so relaxing I felt like I was melting into the table after it was over and bah gawd the will it took to leave. I also got a massage from Leah which was the BEST massage I've ever had for my knots. I still think about that massage! I visit St Louis only occasionally but I plan to see Leah every time I do. Also all of the massage therapists here I've talked to (and I talk A LOT) have been so friendly, welcoming, and open to conversation! Great vibes, great people, and great massages :)

My partner took me here for my birthday and it was absolutely a wonderful and magical experience. Everyone was so friendly and kind and listened to our individual requests. The building was beautiful and colorful, and also the massage was top tier and I left feeling so relaxed

Awesome experience, will definitely be back. Massage was fantastic, I like deep tissue with lots of pressure and Jean Luc did an amazing job. All the staff were kind and welcoming, the atmosphere was unique and relaxing, very clean. Hot tub spa experience was lovely too.

This place truly is a secret. You walk up the pathway, and open the door and you're transported to a place of serenity. You walk in and take off your shoes. Then you are escorted to your room. The couples massage was booked and the room had a nice quaint, serene ambiance. We were asked if we needed to use the restroom, or if we wanted to have something to drink. The bathroom is attached to our room. Charlene is heaven sent. She has the magical hands. Jean-Luke did a fantastic job. He knew the parts to hit. The steamed towels were amazing. Will definitely be back, sometime in the spring to enjoy the scenery. Thanks for making our first time memorable.

I had a pleasant and relaxing massage experience at Secret Garden. The entrance is a bit hidden and you must take a side door to enter. Inside looks like it was nicely decorated by somebody's "cool aunt". It is spa-like without being either too hippy-dippy or generically "zen" sterile. My massage with Heather was excellent. She is an experienced masseuse who was sensitive to my quirks as well as respectful to my requests. I really enjoyed the ambience and the singing bowls on the stereo set the stage for deep relaxation. Sara, who was working reception, graciously gave me a brief tour of the garden at my request. Secret Garden seems like a gem and I definitely plan to come back again.

i got my mom a birthday massage / facial / hot tub excursion. place was beautiful and the woman who initially greeted us was super friendly and great energy. the next woman who i believe is the owner was my mother's massage therapist and facial person. she was less friendly. a red headed woman. she's probably a great business woman but i wouldn't recommend her at the front desk. she was a bit off putting and a little too direct for my customer service standards. my mom noticed the same thing but wasn't offended or anything, just had the same thought i had. she should remain behind the scenes. i liked the space a lot! beautiful location, and my mom enjoyed her services. i wouldn't take her back there but maybe myself if i was ever in town and would recommend as a spot to try so i could get a better analysis before really recommending. tldr: owner a bit too direct and shouldn't be guest facing but otherwise good services.

Our experience at Secret Garden was fantastic. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality massage and a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My fiance and I had a couples massage together and it was the best massage I have had. Sara and Ivory made us feel so comfortable and at ease. My fiance has been very sore from intense workouts and he left our massage session feeling so much better. We loved the old fashioned feel and decor of the building. It felt very homey and we were at ease the entire time. We also added the additional hot tub soak and it was the perfect way to end the whole experience. I hope to be back if I'm ever near St Louis again!

Prices were great, and my massage therapist was so sweet. She did an amazing job, she found spots I didn’t even know were strained. It’s woman owned, which I definitely support, and it had a quaint ambiance. I wish the fountain was working, that would have added to the decor. Definitely a little gem.

The secret garden is INCREDIBLE! Literally just stepping foot here I am filled with inspiration and beauty. But on top of that, my facial and 2 massages I've recieved have been so therapeutic. The attention to detail, friendliness, and unique atmosphere attracts me to continue to come back. It's a must to check out!

This place is a wonderful, quaint, local secret gem. My wife and I celebrated with a pre massage soak, then a couples massage, followed by an informative and fun couples massage lesson. This was our first couples spa experience and we enjoyed it from the beginning. Highly recommend!

It always feels a little magical when I open the gate from Vandeventer and step into this relaxing garden. The house has the cutest furnishings and the massage rooms have been decorated to make massages very relaxing. They play nice calming music and use scents for the full experience. I highly recommend Heather as a massage therapist!! She’s helped me so much!

Secret Garden is a truly unique and beautiful business and a "MUST GO" place whether you live in St. Louis or are just visiting. I went here in March 2023 and I've been daydreaming of going back every since! Natasha is truly the best massage therapist I've ever experienced, a kind person who has a real gift with a very calming presence... and I've heard nothing but good things around town about the other employees as well. I'm very excited to be returning today! I'm hoping my work schedule slows down so I don't have to wait so long to book another appt. Thank you Sara for creating a magical place of relaxation and healing. I'm doing my part to spread the word so others can fall in Love with this place like I did. Keep up the good work, people really need you guys (weather they know it or not) in these non-stop stressful times! Though our city offers many options for places to get a massage (I know because I've been to all of them, excluding some of the corporate places that just arent for me), Secret Garden is the best by far. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment asap!

It looks a little rough, but the service was outstanding. We feel so much better after our couples massage. The garden is adorable. I'm looking forward to coming back for events and see how the facility improves and beautifies the area.

Booked an hour facial at the Secret Garden and it was so warm and welcoming on the inside, that I loved it. My facial was so relaxing and made my face feel so good. Wish I could visit the Secret Garden every week.

Even before my booking my appointment, staff was very helpful in scheduling the right treatments and time slots for me. My friend and I both had fantastic massages from Ashland- major props, the hot stones were an extra treat for us. Also had a lovely facial from Katie, who was great with checking in throughout the process. Would totally recommend the Garden Goddess package (or any massage/facial services) to anyone.

Without a doubt, the most relaxed and clear minded I’ve ever been in my LIFE. Natasha was so welcoming and truly cared about her work. The amount of peace her massage brought to my life is priceless. All the staff are very approachable and the vibe was perfect. I will absolutely be back, very soon. I don’t even do reviews, but this deserves praise.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The building and grounds are lovely, quaint and very inviting. Charlene was my massage therapist and was extremely skilled and intuitive to the stress I carry in my body. I came in very stressed and am leaving so relaxed and content. This place is wonderful and the experience was worth every penny. I highly recommend.

We had to very excellent massages and the location is beautiful. Scheduling could be a bit better. After scheduling we were called and told they didn't have 2 separate rooms and they asked if we would mind to share a room. We were happy to accommodate, but then they wanted to charge us 30 extra dollars, which doesn't seem like the right way to do business when we are accommodating your needs. What they don't know is that I actually don't prefer to be in the same room, because my partner talks through the entire massage! So I am really making an accommodation for your convenience not mine and certainly not going to pay more when I'm accommodating you. After a bunch of fussing I was just about ready to cancel the whole thing when they decided to see if they could fit us in, and later that day they called to say that they were going to continue with the reservation as it was. When we arrived there didn't appear to be anybody else there, and we were put in a room together. Both are masseuses were fantastic and will definitely be back but are certainly confused about what is actually going on. We didn't actually see any individual rooms so I'm not sure how we would book massages individually at the same time in the future.

The Secret Garden is a beautiful and unique space. I have had a couples massage and the “Garden Goddess” package. Sara’s facial was amazing. She’s warm, very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel welcome. Rose gave me a wonderful massage. She was very attentive and skilled. I can’t wait to come back!
