Today was the 1st time I had received injection services, and I absolutely loved it. I originally went in because I was seeing a lot more lines to my face than I ever had before. I’ve always thought about injections but was too nervous until today their online system made it super fast and easy to book online with one of their nurse injectors. The girls at the front desk were so sweet friendly and helpful. Today I had kenzi as my injector and she’s an absolute doll took her time to explain the process eased my nerves and really listen to my concerns I will definitely be returning for this and more of their wonderful services they offer❤️

I saw Kenzie for my injectable’s and she was incredible! I can’t wait to see the full results since Botox takes a minute to see fully. She was so personable and very educated. I will definitely be back! The front desk was very accommodating & it’s so clean and cute up front!

Had such a wonderful experience with Metro!!! Everyone is so welcoming and informative 🥰 It was my first time getting lip filler about two weeks ago, I went to Claire and honestly never see myself going to anyone else again! She was so friendly, professional, and calming! Just love her vibes! Not to mention she made sure to address each and every one of my concerns both before and after my appointment. ☺️💕 She talked me through the entire process and I found the actual procedure to be almost totally painless! Highly recommend this place!! Claire is always so patient and makes the whole process easy. She listens to what I want but still gives her opinion. She’s amazing!!! And everyone is just really nice and always welcoming. No one is pushy to sell products which makes me want to come back knowing I won’t be pressured into something I don’t want.

This place is fantastic! Had my deluxe hydra facial appointment today with Anna! My face was like a dried up prune when I went in and when I left I was soooo hydrated! The time she spent with working on me was so relaxing! Thanks to my daughter for the fantastic Christmas present and to the staff at Metro MedSpa for making me feel so welcome!

It was wonderful! First time I got a hydra facial. I've been trying to find a good place where I can go monthly, because my face needs it! I like how they have a memberships too! They'll definitely recommend what you need without breaking your pocket and offer several options. They have different price ranges. I left happy knowing I'm starting a treatment finally I really needed.

I had a few sessions of laser hair removal done at a different spa and ended up with burns. My first consult with Anna was amazing and she is very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. She explained Metro’s laser to me and I felt comfortable signing up with the laser membership with her. Can’t wait to continue going back each month and be finished just in time for my wedding 😊

I received dysport injections today in my glabellar lines and forehead for the 2nd time. Claire was absolutely amazing. The ENTIRE STAFF is an absolute joy to deal with and I cannot recommend them enough. It feels extremely comfortable and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Zero upsell pressure or judgement. These people genuinely want you to have a great experience there and it shows. I sure have! Thank you Claire! I had a tox consultation and treatment done on my forehead and top lip wrinkles with Heather. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I started noticing the difference within just a couple of days. This was my first time at Metro MedSpa and I couldn't be more pleased. I came to take advantage of their promotion for a great price on Botox. It's a beautiful spa and the staff was so nice and helpful! Claire administered my Botox injections so gently that I barely felt them (without using anything to dull the pain, which is my norm). Will definitely be switching to this spa from one I've been going to for quite possibly 15 years.

I had my first visit with Claire today. She was full of knowledge and answered all my questions with professional recommendations. I never felt pressured into products or upgraded services but fully intend to return for her service recommendations.

I look 100% better after Heather did fillers to smooth out the deep wrinkles around my mouth and chin. I spent thousands of dollars at another spa with no results. I can't tell you how frustrated and disappointed I was with that business. After my consultation with Heather, I decided to give Metro Medspa a chance and I'm so glad I did. I am happy with my results.

Claire is the best injector ever. She moved from a different facility to this location and I had to follow her!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’ve been going to her for a year and a half now to build my lips up and I refuse to go to anyone else. It is way cheaper here and she always listens to my concerns and what I want executed, while giving me her honest opinion about whether or not it look good. This facility is extremely clean and the ladies up front are so nice and friendly. Very, very easy to talk to! It’s like talking to your girlfriends. The service is so fast and the entire process is extremely easy to get in and out. This is honestly my new favorite place because of how fully staffed they are, how nice they are, how informative they are, etc. 10000/10, I definitely highly recommend this place!

This was my first visit to a spa and my first procedure. I was nervous going in. Very excited but nervous. After speaking with Veronica, who checked me in, I could breathe a little easier. Kenzi was the most informative, easy going and patient person I could have ever asked for. She did not rush and explained what she thought would be the best way to achieve the results I was looking for. She continued to add the calming affect I needed throughout. Just finished my VI peel with Marlie. She is very knowledgeable and focuses on your goals. I have had several procedures at other Spas and this one and the entire staff is the most professional and welcoming. So pleased I chose Metro Medspa.

Holy ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only is the place cute but the people are so so nice. I had a facial by Marli and not only was it awesome, she looked back at what I bought when I left and she emailed AND called to make sure I knew exactly how to use those products so I didn't irritate my skin. Claire was helpful and comforting as well. HIGHLY recommend!

Had my first visit today and Claire was ✨amazing!✨ She was extremely informative, let you know every step of the way what she was doing, and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. I got filler and Botox, and to someone who’s never had anything like this done before, I honestly didn’t know the difference, but Claire was so informative and answered every question I had along the way.
