Awesome food and service. Best hotshots I been to.

Last night my girlfriend and I went here to play a couple games of pool and we noticed while we were playing that the server for our section who was a brunette and petite was acting like wasn’t there and it took my girlfriend to passively call her out for her to finally attend our area. Now I don’t like to think race has anything to do with bad service but it’s not a good look when the only African Americans there are the only ones who are not getting service and the server is acting like our area was vacant

I had the worst experience ever and i didn’t think racism still existed, so i was in there today on june 19 2023 between 8:20-8:30pm and we left at 8:49 pm so their was a Caucasian waitress there and she had long hair blonde/ brown hair she was petite and she literally walked passed us the whole entire time and as soon as a Caucasian man and his gf/wife and another Caucasian man came in she serviced them immediately and still never came to service us as if we didn’t even exist and tht was the worst experience I’ve ever had and i usually stay at hot shots for a while but i left fast bc i felt so uncomfortable. I would like to say if you guys are going to hire people like tht young lady she need to kno how to respect every race not jus her own.

What in the world did they do to the menu? The burgers used to be actual burgers- now I can go to steak and shake and get the same thing. And they got rid of POTATO SKINS! WTH. I used to love to come here for good food and atmosphere but now the food sucks. Time to find somewhere else for food and games😞

This place is my preferred hotshots. Bartenders and wait staff are great and friendly. Food is quality for the price. Beer is affordable and they regularly do themed specials. The pool tables need some TLC though. They need to be releveled and the balls and felt need a cleaning. Both somewhat easy to do.

Will not be back. Was told there was no menu so I had no idea how much the drinks we ordered were. Asked for a cosmopolitan and was told, "We don't have that." I'm sorry, a bar that doesn't have cosmos??? Nope. I'm done. Too many other places to go.

Quesadilla was awesome. Service was great. Loves the atmosphere as well. Laid-back vibe.

You wouldn't know it but the food here is awesome, service is excellent and they know how to make an awesome Moscow Mule like you dream about!!

A little slow sercice around happy hour or right before 5pm. Went 2 days in a row and was treated great and food was good.

I lived how my server (Britney) was professional, attentive, and made me feel like she appreciated me being there. The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious and I liked the tots.

Came here unannounced with a large crowd, and Sara was amazing! They were very accommodating, and food came out fast, hot, and delicious. We appreciate the staff and will come back! Next time, we will give a heads up if we have a large crowd so we don't overwhelm the employees. Thank you for great service!

The service is always incredible. All the servers are amazing and extremely friendly. Have tried many different items off the menu and have never been disappointed. The GM Pat does an amazing job leading his staff and making sure the customers always leave with a smile.

Had such a fantastic experience, really enjoyed the dartboards, but especially our awesome server Ryan. 10/10 will be back
