The reason why this place succeeds so much is because aside from the owner, you cannot take any of the employees seriously at all. They’re like family and are all such goofballs that it’s always such a blast to always see them and hang out with them. Especially Heath. He is the epitome of a clown, but in the best way possible. (Meant to be a compliment. Not an insult lol) A business needs to welcome their customers with open arms and create a really friendly environment to establish loyalty and 18 North Central does all of that and so much more! They knock it out of the park! As long as you always follow the rules that they clearly placed on their website in bold letters in the most obvious way imaginable, then you’ll never have a problem with them.

Our office in OFallon wanted to do a team build day. We have a small group, wanted to stay local, and to make sure the entire office could make it we also wanted to have this during work hours. Crystal was amazing at 18 North Central. We booked during the day when they were closed, and had the entire place to ourselves. Friendly, clean, fun, and just what we needed to get out of our hectic office and let lose for a few hours. Thank you 18 North Central for such a fun time.

This place is amazing! We hosted a birthday party for my brother in law here and we all had a blast! Great and helpful staff that was willing and eager to deal with our first timer questions and help us have a great time! 5 Stars! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a place with high quality laser tag to consider 18 N Central! Can't wait for the western style outdoor addition to be finished!

I love coming here, I've never left this place having a bad time, the lazer tag is very recommended but gets very competitive in there so beware. Overall it's a great place with a type of activity and very fun staff

love this place, private session is the way to go. also the FFA mode is not lame, can't wait for them to open the outdoor battleground!

First time we went, half of us had a great time on their team and the other half didn’t. We figured it was the players. Came back a second time- was a little kid’s birthday party. Kids were poorly behaved and the staff only threatened a 1 minute timeout but didn’t actually enforce anything. Created a huge safety hazard. Staff was unpleasant, anyways. They clearly didn’t like the kids either. Wish we would’ve gotten a heads up that there was a bunch of kids because we would’ve came later or not at all. Both times have left feeling disrespected by the players and staff. Would recommend if you come in a big group or rent your own private session if that’s an option.

I was the DJ at a wedding reception in the Loft, and I was blown away! The atmosphere was amazing, and the thorough customer support was Stellar. I literally would not have had such a successful experience without the owner's hands-on assistance and kindness. The Loft is a diamond in the rough.

It would have been better if someone had been there early in the day so that laser tag could have been played. Do not order a pizza with onion. The whole pizza was full of onion, so I didn't enjoy the food

First time visit. Had a really good time. Almost like shooting a real gun.
