Gallery
720
was
my
home
for
the
past
three
years
while
in
school.
I'll
break
my
review
into
three
sections:
(1)
Management,
(2)
Apartment,
and
(3)
Location.
Management:
During
my
time,
the
members
of
the
leasing
office
were
responsive,
friendly,
and
helpful.
The
move-in
and
move-out
process
was
seamless
on
my
end.
Ms.
Lily,
one
of
the
security
guards
at
the
front
desk,
instantly
became
an
integral
part
of
my
life
at
Gallery
720.
If
I
needed
to
pick-up
a
package,
Ms.
Lily
was
there.
If
I
locked
myself
out
of
my
apartment,
Ms.
Lily
was
there.
Ms.
Lily
always
addressed
me
by
name
and
greeted
me
any
time
I
entered
or
exited
the
building.
Having
a
staff
member
like
Ms.
Lily
really
made
my
experience
at
Gallery
720
above
and
beyond.
The
maintenance
staff
was
equally
impressive.
I
never
waited
more
than
48
hours
for
a
service
request
to
be
completed.
They
were
respectful
of
my
space,
friendly,
and
efficient.
Apartment:
I
lived
in
the
"10"
style
studio
apartment
on
the
9th
floor.
I
had
nice
views
of
the
city
with
the
floor
to
ceiling
windows.
However,
note
that
during
the
summer,
the
windows
let
in
a
lot
of
heat
(even
with
the
blinds
closed).
I'm
not
sure
if
the
entire
building
is
this
way,
but
the
studio
apartments
have
central
air
conditioners
attached
to
all
the
apartments.
This
resulted
in
some
interesting
smells
coming
through
the
air
vents
and
a
lack
of
individualized
temperature
control.
It's
not
an
ideal
set-up,
but
it
really
didn't
bother
me
personally.
My
unit
was
equipped
with
a
high
efficiency
washer
and
dryer,
stainless
steel
appliances,
and
quartz
countertops.
The
apartment
really
does
look
nice
and
I
received
several
compliments
from
friends
that
would
visit.
Additionally,
considering
the
market-based
price
of
similarly
situated
apartments
in
the
downtown
area,
the
asking
price
for
rent
at
this
apartment
is
very
reasonable.
The
fourth
floor
amenity
level
is
exceptional:
the
largest
gym
I've
seen
in
an
apartment
building,
rooftop
pool,
hot
tubs,
grills,
business
center,
and
a
rentable
event
room.
Location:
The
building
is
locked
to
outside
visitors
from
6:00pm
to
6:00am
which
is
a
must
in
downtown
St.
Louis.
I've
seen
some
terrible
things
outside
my
window
in
the
late
hours
of
the
night,
but
I've
never
felt
unsafe
inside
the
apartment
building.
Downtown
St.
Louis
isn't
the
safest
place,
obviously,
but
Gallery
720
does
make
sure
that
its
residents
are
looked
after.
Setting
aside
the
crime,
the
location
is
perfect
for
downtown
living.
You
can
get
to
the
arch
in
about
15
minutes
on
foot,
about
10
minutes
to
get
to
Busch
stadium,
about
20
minutes
to
Enterprise
Center,
about
5
minutes
to
America's
Convention
Center,
and
about
2
minutes
to
the
downtown
Schnucks.
There's
plenty
of
nightlife
and
restaurants
all
within
a
10
minute
walking
distance
of
the
apartment.
Overall:
My
decision
to
live
at
Gallery
720
was
perfect
for
me.
The
location
suited
my
needs
for
school.
The
apartment
was
equipped
with
all
the
amenities
that
I
could
want.
The
management
and
staff
at
the
building
were
phenomenal.
I'm
confident
that
Gallery
720
deserves
a
5/5
review.
