When I entered the facility no one greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I walked Thursday all the wigs with no assistance. When I looked for eyelashes and fake nails, a young lady seemed to find the need to rearrange the entire display that I was shopping near. I politely dropped the two items that i considered purchasing and left. I will NEVER RETURN TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN.

Very rude and will take your money if you let them. Their over here in OUR COUNTRY GETTING OVER! Be cautious when USING YOUR CARDS! RECOMMENDED CASH ONLY!!

The one thing that they need to understand is that some people can understand and speak their language and can articulate what they’re saying. I will never shop here ever again. They don’t respect or value “our people”. The racist remarks and calling someone stupid in “their language” is highly unacceptable. All because someone decides not to buy three bundles and a frontal. Very ridiculous.

When I tell you there's everything AND MORE. I do not lie. I've been wanting to come here since I saw the flashing marquee lights in January but I got lazy and didn't make it all the way out there... I got lost the first time I went inside. Aisles and aisles and aisles of stuff. Walls of products, hair, shoes, clothes, wigs, bangles and bows, gel and mousse, hairspray and dye too! Just about anything beauty supply related you will find there. The location is a bit unnerving, and there's not much room for parking, but once you manage to SAFELY get inside, you'll be fine.

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed by the well-organized layout and the extensive selection of beauty products. The aisles were meticulously stocked with a diverse range of brands, offering customers a comprehensive choice for their beauty needs. I was delighted to find just about every brand I could think of, making my shopping experience both enjoyable and convenient. The overall organization of the store contributed significantly to the positive experience. It was easy to navigate through the aisles, locate specific products, and explore new items. The attention to detail in maintaining a neat and tidy environment did not go unnoticed. I appreciate the effort that goes into curating such an extensive collection and maintaining a store that is not only well-stocked but also well-organized. Hollywood Beauty Supply has undoubtedly become my go-to destination for all my beauty needs, and I will gladly recommend it to friends and family. They have everything thing you need, no refunds beware credit only. Alot if beeping they dont play about the security of their products

Went here like I do every week. They have so much stuff. Really the only place you can find color nail dip...anyway I get to the check out with 10 items which should cost around $50. The older bald guy rings me up and my total is $75. I say, how is that $75. He gets an attitude and says bc you got 10 items and that's how much they cost, want me to do it again so you can see. I say yes please, he does it. It comes out to $45 after taxes. I asked what happened and he again got an attitude and said we are human not machines you don't have to shop here now. I just left and told that man to have a good day. And I will not be shopping there again.. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!!

They have a large quantity of select products, but 3 out of the 5 times I've been in here, they haven't had what I needed.

Very spacious! Great variety and very helpful staff. Only negative is that it's pretty warm inside the building... other than that.... it's great!

The cashier was not paying attention, on his phone, talking loudly and cursing even louder. He had someone on speaker phone which was doing the same thing. Wasn't polite, didn't say thank you, please, just no manners at all.

The prices are high but life is expensive. And they just have so much stuff in there everything u need for beauty of course

Ist time in this store on 01/31/2024. Clerk, MONEY-MIKE314 was very rude and unprofessional. He was talking on his cell phone from the time I arrive until the time Ileft. The "(Lady)" he sent me to, all the way in the back of the store, was rude and also very unprofessional. She did not was to assist me at all! All the wigs in this store is dryed-up and may have been on display for at least 7+ years. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! NOT EVEN MY DOG!
