My air has went out a total of 5 times since moving here. It’s been almost 3 weeks and my air is not fixed. I have a medical condition that I’ve told them about and nothing is being done. I’m really close to getting out of here because this is unacceptable!!!!!!! Everything in my home is falling apart, I was told that I would get a free carpet cleaning and that can no longer happen. I never should have renewed my lease. How are all these units needing a new air conditioning????

    I normally do not do this, but I had to share what I have not seen for such a long time and that is professionalism, compassion and just good old fashion customer service. I have resided at Victorian Village for 4 years and for the first time, the office called me about an issue that I have been dealing with for months. The young lady introduced herself as the assistant manager, Ms Janet and said she was new and would like to know if it was okay to come into my home and complete a job that was unfinished for months. I had given up. Of course you can. I explained how long I have been waiting and how unprofessional and rude the previous office staff was. Remaining professional, not commenting in a negative way but she apologized and said that I could call her anytime. She said that there was a new manager as well, Ms Brown and it was there intentions to make a difference, if given the opportunity starting with getting repairs done. Within two days, my repairs were completed. We need more of this because so many places you go customer service is a lost art.

    All the positive reviews for the last year on here are spam. Victorian Village is by far the worst place that I have ever lived which was a hard bar to pass. They individuals in the leasing office are highly unprofessional and will lie constantly, they are only there for screwing you over and making money. Clearly the leasing office is flooding this with fake reviews and honesty probably even paying for it. Move here if you have absolutely no other option. A box in the middle of the road is a better option.

    This place is horrible and the worst place I ever lived. I have had nothing, it problems since moving in. They charge all kinds of excessive fees and barely do any of the work. They have new maintenance men so it’s taking forever to get maintenance request fixed. Spiders have been an issue since moving in and most recently ants. The doors are uneven so it’s constant drafts, especially in the winter time. When the air/heat is on it smells like a wet dog. The neighbors are extremely noisy and the walls are paper thin, and seems like on the weekends it’s always someone hanging out until 3am with all types of noise. The leasing office staff is rude and short with you when addressing concerns. I’m sorry I renewed my lease. I want out of this lease so bad. The lease and all it’s clauses is written like a jail sentence. You have to do all of your time to avoid paying on the upwards of $4000 to break your lease. You are nickeled and dimed for everything. A pure money pit. I absolutely hate it here. The apartments are dated and a lot of things have been painted or patched over as a fix. On move in day, I had to clean the kitchen myself, because the previous tenant didn’t and it was a bunch of junk and food behind the refrigerator. I paid close to $2000 as a deposit which is insane. The best upkeep I’ve seen on this property is the pool and I’ve never wanted to use it. Even if this was your last resort, keep looking until you find something else.

    I give Ms.Tyesha 5 stars for understanding the residents point of view, in the face of anger you are really good at remaining calm and collected. She really care about her work and she takes the time to do the best she can. I thank you for your patience it's not easy when dealing with the community.
