🫤 I do not recommend this place . The area is great but not worth the amount of rent you pay . The elevators usually stink ,So if your sensitive to smell as I am these are useless. THE OLDER WOMAN KATHY , WHO WORKS IN THE OFFICE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AS IF SHE IS UNHAPPY WITH HER JOB. I left the apartmen... People often mention apartment,

I do not recommend this place . I left the apartment very clean we did have some traffic marks in two places of the carpet . The charge was $30 . 1. Never enough parking spaces . It seems they offer more paid spaces and not enough free spaces . So if you work late you will sometimes have to park outside the gate . Keep in mind if you park in the paid space your car will be towed . 2. Amenities ( pool and club room ) close early .. so again if you work late this is no use . Or if your up early and want coffee you have to wait till office opens . 3. You will pay a fee for normal wear of the carpet. 4. EMAILS: Everyone recieves emails when someones car is parked in paid parking/ warning for towing . 5. Kathy has attitude / ofcourse not till after your lease is in contract . 6. Some elevators stink . 7. When people walk in the hallway you can hear it very loudly in your apartment. Sometimes will wake you up . 8.You will sometimes sweep up little brown worms from the floor . 9 . Watch your water meter. We had a total of three people on lease but my husband stayed most of the time alone for months while my daughter and I stayed home in Texas for work and school . When I called in about the water bill being average $100 monthly , the lady told me that was average for three people and got quiet when I told her my husband was alone the last 4 months .

The Vue is the best managed apartment complex I have ever seen. The entire staff is excellent. Matt and Gavin are very knowledgeable and respectful to the residents. Kathy is the hardest worker and so dedicated to the residents. She works very long hours and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone here is comfortable and well taken care of. The Vue is very lucky to have her! She is the best manager I have ever had.

I have been a resident for close to 3 years. The amenities are a plus but my main attraction was the prime location. I intended to relocate after my first year but I truly loved the staff as well. Kathy along with Madison in the leasing office definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me prolonging my stay. Also the new gym equipment is top notch! However this will be my last year due to work but you all will be missed 🥲

Truly the best place I have lived at so far. Our heating went out and maintenance was very quick and gave us a portable cooler while it was being fixed. Everyone was so friendly at the front desk. Never any noise. My only complaint is it wasn’t very dog friendly as there wasn’t many places to let your dog out. We all seemed to have our dogs in the same grassy area and waiting till the dog left so our dog could go. I would consider putting in a dog park or more grassy areas for dogs.

My initial review is just after moving in. So far so good! I almost signed a lease for a completely different apartment but was having such poor service with them that I called the vue out of desperation to see if they could match the other apartments prices. I got DeLaina on the phone who was super bubbly, attentive, and sincere. She empathized with my situation and immediately began trying to find me an affordable apartment that my husband and I could move into. She is so sweet, professional, and really cares about her job. We found the perfect apartment that included ALL my non-negotiables and I am pleased to be living there a week now. I really appreciate her move-in gifts and balloons for my son 🥰. And just how engaged she has been with us throughout the entire move-in process. With DeLaina’s help, a huge weight has been lifted from my hubby and I. I love the apartment layouts and details (like the wine fridges). The amenities are also pretty cool, especially the gym. Definitely check the Vue out if you want to be in a safe accessible area, with friendly staff, in a spacious luxury apartment.

The best word I can use to describe The Vue Apartments is "serene." Upon moving in, this place felt like an oasis and I was taken care of really well. The assistant property manager, Delaina has been the absolute best. She is professional, prompt, and personable. She is always smiling and ready to tackle anything I throw her way. For example, upon move in I experienced an issue with my fridge. My concern was taken seriously and fixed promptly. To make it better, Delaina called me directly after to follow up and ensure that I was satisfied! This is purely because she goes the extra mile for her tenants! The community is pretty quiet and peaceful, I've only heard occasional loud noises due to the echo effect. When people are loud in the common areas, the noise often rises so that every resident can hear conversations. I don't often hear my neighbors through the walls. I also really love the finishes in each unit. The Vue does have some negatives. First, there is no room to negotiate any terms of the lease, a contract that definitely favors the company and could leave tenants in a tight position if they do not read it carefully and prepare for all circumstances. Additionally, the mail and package situation can be a mess. I frequently receive mail for the previous tenants and many peoples packages are delivered to the wrong places, sending residents on a wild goose hunt looking for their orders. I realize this is mostly out of property management's hands and the fault of inconsistent mail carriers, but could be a factor in someone's decision. They do their best to sort the mistakes and let us know if our packages/mail come through their hands. These issues don't impact my daily life significantly, but this info won't be found on the website, so it is worth mentioning. Overall, I enjoy this space and community a lot and am glad that I chose The Vue!

Great apartment complex in a great location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing and super helpful. Modern design with up-to-date appliances and plenty of space in the units. Amenities are also very nice and well kept.

Had a decent enough time living here. The amenities closed too early, however, and the place was constantly under construction. That said, never really had any major issues in the unit itself.
