I stopped by this store today to pick up a few things to color my hair. I also needed a flat iron and new shears. I walked in and the employee was with a customer so I was thinking once she finished she would be over to help or ask if I needed assistance. About 10 minutes go by, still no greeting or assistance, so I walked to the front of the store to look at shears, that's when I noticed that there were two employees, both assisting the same older white woman. They were both just looking, no one asked if I needed help or said hello...NOTHING!! So I walked towards the door and no one said thanks, have a good day or anything. Do you really think that I am going to spend my money in an establishment that cannot say ONE word to me?! No way! Black people have money too! I will NEVER spend another dollar in a Sally Beauty Supply. They are a perfect example of HORRIBLE customer service.

Horrible experience!!! Very bad costumer service! The white older women who was working there was very very rude to my child and she wasn’t even playing or touching anything!!! She just came to tell me that she don’t have to be playing around!! That was very very discriminatory just because we are latin people it doesn’t mean that they can treat people like that!!! So I walked away without nothing!!

This is for all Sally’s stores. I will not be returning to any of these stores, I would buy color from here for certain clients who wanted to pay a little less. It is now MORE expensive for inferior color and then when I got to the register I’m told that my license is expired in their system so I don’t get the pro prices, a heads up would’ve been nice. To top it all off YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A BAG. Sally’s you won’t be in business for long.

Rhionnon was awesome!!! As a licensed cosmetologist I’ve been going to Sally’s for years. This was by far my best experience. Rhionnon was very nice and knowledgeable of the products.

For a novice wanting to try out nail polishes, the associate was a wealth of knowledge! She explained the different brands, what you need to prep your nails, and options for more natural polishes. I glanced at the hair color section too; there were lots of pretty shades!Thanks for the help!

Rude saleswoman with red hair. We had a bad exchange weeks ago where she talked to me like a child and told me how I should talk near other people. I am not her child, nor am I one. Weeks have gone by and I have let it go, but today I went in for some things, and apparently she couldn't let it go. Refused to answer even a simple question, she refused to sell to me and threatened to call the cops on me. I never cursed, never raised my voice until she said the cop thing. Now she says don't come back, don't worry I won't. Not to this location. She acts like a child, but can't handle it when someone asks her to stop treating them like one. Very unprofessional.

They are such liars , I went in to buy hair extension and I asked the lady twice if I can buy them and show my hair dresser the color first and if I need to exchange them or return would be ok She said it very clearly that as song as I don’t open them and have the receipt it fine I could do that. I’m so upset it’s a waste of my money now I’m stuck with $160 extensions I don’t need or can’t use . That Asian lady needs to learn the policy or get fired , I will never enter this store again ever please lady’s watch your receipts and read them cause they are untrusting .
