I love this store. If you like watches this is a good option for you. You can get casual and fancy styles. They also carry accessories such as glasses and jewelry. They also have good sales all the time. My favorite is when they sale watches around $50. They carry current styles for both women and men. In addition to watches they also sale purses and wallets and bags for both women and men. The staff is always friendly and professional. If you have questions or need guidance on selecting a style they are there to help you. My favorite part of this store/brand is their warranty. They protect your watches mechanical pieces and the watch itself is your proof of purchase. Which is great since you never have to track a receipt to get your watch repaired if needed. I would recommend this store and brand to anyone that loves watches.

Second time in 2 weeks I came to the store in this location during open hours and the store is locked. They even have modified hours posted on the door but they are still locked. This is ridiculous. Poor management. Do not recommend this location.

The store states its open from 10am-7pm so I arrive at 1pm and the doors are locked and the lights are off. This place is about 40 min from where I live. And today is the 25th

0 rating for the manager and the staffs in this store. Unfriendly staffs and manager. I bought a watch from this store and forgot to ask them to shorten the watch chain length. After we left the store(2 minutes), I remembered and came back to the store asking their help to shorten the watch chain length. The same staff who was there who billed for me hesitated to help and asked to check with Manager. The manager told they are out of staff count and cannot help. She told to come another day for this, why should I ride to this place another day? At the same time, I saw other two staffs running with other customer’s watch to shorten their watches chain length. I like the watches otherwise I would have returned those at that moment.

Went on a Saturday at 2pm to get my husband’s watch adjusted. The store was locked and the person inside didn’t even come to the door. The hours said they were open to 8pm. Very frustrated.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me select the perfect watch for myself. They patiently guided me through the different styles and features and provided valuable insights about the products. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase, and their calm and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease. In addition to the wide selection of products, the showroom itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The decor is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I also appreciated that the products were displayed in an organized and easy-to-navigate manner, making my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the Fossil showroom was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality watches, bags, and accessories. The staff, Chris, Christiane, and Aayee, were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful, making my shopping experience a memorable one. I will definitely be returning to the Fossil showroom for all my future accessory needs.

I work fossil for a year so I know the policy. Went in today to exchange 2 smartwatches that I purchased knowing they keep employees receipts on file. For them to tell me that Lisa the store manager told them to me she threw them away… Thankfully I found my receipt in my email..SMH. The ASM started out being funky but then she realized I knew the policy and was understanding.. Policy is what it is and they need to go by that.. don’t let it become personal.
