They are super, super friendly here. I think they are GREAT when it comes to customer service and all that. HOWEVER... my regular dentist said that custom made mouthpieces are only 1500 through my regular dentist and is basically the same thing. Koala charges 3500+. 😳😳😳 So... I'm definitely going to go thru my regular dentist. Ask around. Get a 2nd opinion!! Try a cheap over the counter one, to see if you can tolerate any mouthpiece at all first.

The staff were so friendly from the front desk to everyone I encountered there. The nurse I had was so knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining a lot to me before I even saw the doctor. This is a very efficient and friendly staff they have put together. Can't even say enough good about my first visit with them. Look forward to going back for follow ups now.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Willey and his staff. What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Dr. Willey answered all my questions and explained the device fully. Michelle, Jessica, and Kimberly were great. You could tell that they enjoyed their work, and what made it even better was having Dr. Willey recognize that he had a great staff. (Thanks again for the stickers, Jessica! 😊)

They are always ready to take care of you whether you text them a question about your appointment or having issues with a third party for sleep test, they are always helping facilitate forward motion in your case. I was diagnosed with apnea, fitted for a device and device delivered within a few weeks no longer than a month. Only outside requirements made this process difficult, however koala held my hand and worked through all the hoops from insurance.

Hands down the best place for TMD care. Very friendly and welcoming office. Dr. Willey truly cares about his patients and understands the debilitating pain this disorder can cause. He has went above and beyond for me and I’ll never be able to thank him or his staff enough.

I had struggled with TMJ since the '80s. I had shoulder pain for years, facial pain, head aches and ear aches. The pain had caused me to try acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy and standard dental night guards. Nothing worked for more than a short time. About 4 years ago, I visited the Koala Center and got the TMJ dental appliance. Within days I was pain free. I wear my appliance only at night and have remained free of TMJ pain this entire time. I'm so very pleased.

I have been going here for awhile now. For TMJ and Sleep apnea, and now for … Invisalign. I feel very confident in their decisions and their work. They are super friendly, accommodating, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. I fully trust & respect Dr Willey! And a lil shout out to 2 of his assistants who are incredibly knowledgeable as well (& super sweet) Jessica and Karen. They ALL are TRULY sweet & friendly. It’s really unheard of anymore to have an entire team ALL be this amazing! 🌟🤩
