I was always skeptical of the Drury chain, just because of the name, but after reading enough reviews, I decided it was time to see for myself. Long story short, this was THE BEST stay I've had at this price point. The rooms and common areas are SUPER clean and the rooms are spacious, which is especially nice for families with kids. Breakfast and dinner are complimentary. I ate out for dinner, but breakfast was amazing (lots of options, all good). There's a soda fountain available during both mealtimes and they also do popcorn in the evenings. The indoor pool and hot tub are nice amenities, the gym is adequate, and the lobby is very nice. The staff are a cut above - very friendly and helpful. It's almost weird....it feels like they ENJOY working there! I'm in Paducah from time to time and the question of where to stay is no longer a question at all. A few minor opportunities for improvement that did not detract at all from the overall experience are updating the TVs to include streaming options and updating the meeting/conference room (which I didn't use). Streaming on the room TVs is becoming more of an industry standard and it would make the Drury just that much nicer. The conference room might get more use with nicer chairs, nicer tables, and a bigger TV (or projector) for presentations.

Chase, the front desk clerk, was EXCEPTIONAL! He was super nice & went above & beyond to help us no matter what we needed. The air was messed up in our room & he done everything in his power to make us happy, even moved us to a larger room.

Clean & quiet! Also appreciate the front desk at check in showing concern for my allergy- free room request and honestly telling me about their protocols. Be aware there are 3 Drury properties at this exit, but when I arrived at the wrong one initially the front desk there was also very gracious in finding my reservation at a different property. Best hotel experience I have had since the pandemic began. A couple of notes-the bathroom was quite compact and they have the dispensers on the shower wall for shampoo, etc., so you may prefer to bring your own; the room itself was in good shape but hallways are showing some wear and tear. Due to dietary restrictions I did not partake of the food offered except coffee (good!) but it seems to be a big draw. Definitely would stay again.

I am VERY impressed with how drury operates. Upon checking in,the desk clerk was very pleasant explaining all the amenities including a 3 drink for a dollar each.(they were great).a good meal from 530pm to 7pm and a breakfast that I would expect at a restaurant all included. The hot tub n pool felt great after a long day of traveling.

Pretty nice for an older property. Only two things to note - the bathrooms are TINY - we travel a lot and these are the smallest we’ve seen. Plus, the hotel is really close to the on-ramp to the interstate, so you can hear everyone gunning their engines to merge. That’s not a negative of the hotel itself though. We have a noise machine and a fan so we were good. Breakfast was fine, with eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. Front desk people and the guests, for that matter, were very friendly (but this is the south so that’s expected lol).

This hotel was a breath of fresh air after driving 10 hours. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were larger than expected and very clean! The shower had great water pressure! And the complimentary breakfast was restaurant quality!

We stayed here last night, the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the price for all was very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable! We will stay here again when in the area! Drury Inn's have always been one of my favorite places to stay! Most consistently a pleasant stay!

Booked at one across the street but the clerk said there were extensive renovations going on and the crews start at 6am. He offered earplugs but recommended we stay at the other property across the street. $50 more but worth getting a good nights sleep Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the room was dusty, especially on top of microwave and male housekeeper was grumpy. Everything else was stellar. Best night’s sleep in the whole wide world without Mikes pillow. Super comfy beds

Very nice hotel right off of I-24. Great dinner every night! Good hot tub and pool area. Friendly staff and nice rooms. If you are looking for a place to stay in Paducah, this is what I recommend.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and well appointed. The parking lot is well lit with easy access. Only problem was the elevator in the hallway worked sporadically. Breakfast was excellent and kept well stocked.

Clean hotel. Thought it was really neat they give you drink tickets and serve dinner. One elevator was down but, we are patient so it didn’t bother us much waiting for it. Clean pool area. Staff were friendly. The only reason I gave the room area 4 stars is because our shower curtain had black mold on it giving the bathroom a mildew smell. Otherwise the room was clean and stocked appropriately.

We've just discovered Drury Inn and really like it. The rooms are clean. Always appreciate the Kick Back/ happy hour. Employees are very friendly. The location was excellent with restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the interstate.

We were driving through Winter Storm Elliott, and it became clear that we had to get off the road and find a hotel. We were 15 miles from Paducah, and this was the first and only place that I thought of. I knew from previous experience that it was a good place to stay, and they proved me right! I'm so very thankful to their amazing staff!

My room was immaculate. Enough pillows to nest in and I slept like a baby. The continental breakfast was really good. They used a southern brand of sausage where even nicer hotels might use something cheap just to pass. This was A+ and the breakfast attendant went out her way to see that everyone had what they needed and smiled a genuine smile the whole time. I've stayed in hotels that cost a lot more and not been treated as well as we were. 😁 very very happy!! I am a disaster relief worker and being treated like I matter made my day.

Love the breakfast, and having a pool/ hot tub is a plus. We looked at other hotels there, and this place had best deal. We've stayed here before and came for same reason. We came with a group of 14, we asked them to put ours rooms (4 I believe) close and we were all next to one another. I didn't give it 5 because the hotel isn't updated, carpets are showing wear, main elevator reminds me of something out of the 80s. However, for the price and what's offered it'll do!

We spent last night at Drury Inn & Suites in Paducah KY last night. I Think it's the first time I remember thinking "I should be paying more"😊 We had a short driving day and pulled in around 5PM. They told us "dinner would be served at 6:30"...🤔 (there is no "restaurant or bar" in the hotel...probably 100 rooms...and similar in "quality " to a Hampton Inn and Suites). We get to our room, and it's really nice. You walk in to the living room, with a couch and 2 casual chairs...and a desk & TV. In the middle was a bar area with sink, compact fridge, and microwave. On the opposite side is the bathroom (which is a full bath with a sink also). And then a big bedroom is at the back with either a king bed and recliner, or 2 queen beds. At 630, we go down and find out dinner is mashed potatoes, meatballs & gravy, salad, mixed vegetables, and water, coffee, or pop. It was DELICIOUS! 😳 They had a bar, and wine, beer or mixed drinks were $1 This morning, for breakfast, they have hot and cold cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt juices, and, they had scrambled eggs (regular, or with bacon & cheese), boasted breakfast potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, and waffles. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, ALWAYS asking if they could get you anything?, how is everything? etc This is a chain, I don't know if they are across the nation or not, but we see many down south. If you can find one ...I very highly recommend it!😊

The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and accommodating. Nice clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a hotel. Not great but good enough.

They are Experiencing ac issues but I mean who isn’t at this point. Right now it’s 77 in the room. The bathrooms are oddly small where the door just barely slides by the toilet. I do like the body wash dispenser but I just wonder if the button is wiped after each guest. The rooms could always be cleaner too. New mom here with a baby wondering when was the last time the carpets or windows were cleaned since that’s where my baby posted on most. 🙃 but the staff was nice and it’s close to everything so we went and got a fan to cook the room off. Night 👍🏾

Absolutely fantastic! The price is right. Clean and comfy rooms. After booking at another hotel in town and then leaving soon after checking in due to dirty rooms, we booked this place through Expedia but accidentally booked for the next week out. They still were able to get us a room thankfully. To the gentleman working here the night of 5/5, wish I could have gotten your name to recognize you here...thank you so much for your genuinely kind attitude and excellent hospitality and helping us get the right person to talk to for a refund on our mistake. Would highly recommend this place.

It was okay when we stayed in this hotel. We came in late and stuff was very nice and welcoming. We got our key and ready for a good rest. However, when we opened our room door, we saw a big cockroach on the wall right above TV. We decided to change to a different room. They were very nice about it and willing to compensate me. So we switched to another room. Then I saw some ants were crawling on the floor of second room. Anyway, it was too late at that time. So we decided just sleep there. I believe they are pretty nice hotel chain business. However, just this specific one is kinda sketchy. Thank you for reading.

After several stellar visits at Drury Hotels, we were surprised to find a mediocre facility. The room was clean and spacious, but obviously had not been updated in a decade or more. Bed linens were clean but felt thin and threadbare. There was a decidedly sour laundry smell in the restroom area, although I checked and all the towels appeared fresh and clean. The thermostat didn't cool the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature until an hour before checkout time. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the 5:00 Kickback and breakfast offerings were disappointing. They seem to be cutting back significantly on quality and quantity of the food service, which has historically been a huge perk. Not my worst hotel stay, but I have had far more impressive visits at other Drury hotels. Hoping this facility is on the short list for renovations, as the location is excellent and proximate to many of our reasons for visiting Paducah. Step it up, Drury!

This is one of my favorite places to stay! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is awesome, plus you can't beat the happy hour with free drinks and hot food. I highly recommend this hotel!
