My first dining experience on The Hill since moving to St Louis over a year ago (I know, I know) and Favazza's did not disappoint! Amazing service, our waiter was super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and options, to delicious HUGE portions. I kid you not one order of pasta could feed a family of four with leftovers! Also one of THE BEST slices of cheesecake I've ever had! Light but super delicious and flavorful, I'd go back just for this! Overall a beautiful restaurant with great value and flavors in an old world charming setting that's great for date night or a big friends or family Sunday Dinner. Can't wait to go back! 😍

FABULOUS Italian food where you'd expect to find it, ON THE HILL! Some of the BEST food that St. Louis has to offer! Very elegant, but not stuffy at all. Great for just a couple, a family or a big group of friends! And just a hop skip and jump from Busch Stadium or Enterprise Center. Great pregame place for dinner and drinks before you head downtown or wherever you might be headed! If you're from here, you already know. If you're not local, take the opportunity to treat yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Ok I was in town by myself for business and wanted to get some Italian food on the famous Hill. Figured I would try Favazza’s. The building is cool looking from the outside with the very typical corner entrance. Inside the place is nice and cozy but big enough to handle a crowd. I was seating right away and service was quick but not rushed. There were several families also dining and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I ordered a salad and some spicy pasta dish which was great. Prices were reasonable and I enjoyed my meal. Definitely would come again.

Wow, wow, wow! I wish I had enough words to address how great this place is. The president of our college brought us dinner and reserved a spot for us here. Initially, I would have settled for something simple and fast as it was going to be a busy week and the drive over was longer than I planned. However, I am glad he chose this place. The food was great. I ordered the lasagna and it was perfect. It was hot, cheesy, meaty, and filling. I was unfortunately unable to eat the last two bites. The bread was the absolute best and I have never had anything better. The ravioli was okay but still delicious. I do not drink but judging by the number of people who drank wine and discussed how wonderful it was I must suggest it must have be excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic stop and I hope to visit this location again. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was excellent, and the customer service was spectacular. Thank for the hospitality!

Our daughter and son-in-law joined us here for lunch yesterday. The food and service were great. I had the veal parmesan which was very goo. Two of us had lasagna which was equally good. Our waiter was funny and very efficient. Afterward we walked down the hill to see businesses, the church, Italian grocery store, soap making, etc. it was a nice afternoon in Little Italy on the Hill.

It was unseasonably chilly today, and we enjoyed our lunch on the patio. Our server, Lauren, was knowledgeable and attentive. The food, as always, was more than enough. Great value for a lunch menu. I mentioned that it was my birthday and we were presented with amaretto ice cream pie. So delicious!

The cod was the best I've had in a long time. My wife's chicken Marsala was excellent. The bread service included toasted garlic Italian bread which was to die for.

Maybe I was a bit spoiled, but I happened to go for a private event in the downstairs reserved area. Dimly lit with cute artwork, it has a vintage Italian feel with a great atmosphere. We had a few appetizers of mozzarella balls, toasted ravs (obviously), and cheesy bread. Typical Italian/St. Louis starters, nothing incredible. We had dinner salads which personally was my favorite part of the night. I got the linguine pescatore which was spaghetti swimming in oil with some shrimp and other seafood. It was good, but very oily and heavy for me. My friends got other pastas with creamy, white sauces which I enjoyed more. Overall the dinner entrees were fine, definitely good. For dessert I had cheesecake with strawberry sauce. I’m not sure I could see my cheesecake under the strawberries, but nonetheless very tasty. We tried the special, blueberry gelato, but I was unimpressed, unfortunately. In the end, the staff is great, it’s well designed, and the food is alright. A good family experience.

Great service and great food. My friend enjoyed the chicken Marsala while I enjoyed Sicilian steak. The pizza (not pictured) was also so great I forgot to take a photo. Definitely a place to revisit.

We went to the Hill in St. Louis Missouri on my birthday and decided on Favazza's. It is fairly high class. The service was outstanding, friendly, food was very good. The side salads we're pretty, but a little too soggy with dressing, none of the four of us ate all the salad and it was not that big. The side salads were extra, did not come with the meal. They bring you a basket of white bread-and-butter for the table, we also ordered their garlic bread, Both were good. I ordered the lasagna, it's a big plate of food, lots of rich thick marinara meat sauce and cheese. The center of the lasagna was a little lukewarm, the outside edges were hot. This tells me they may have warmed it up in a microwave, which was OK, I just wish it had been warmed thru and thru, but it was good. My wife ordered a plate of spaghetti with Olive oil and tomatoes and garlic, she thoroughly enjoyed it. One of my granddaughters ordered eggplant parmesan on a bed of pasta, lots of food. My other granddaughter ordered some type of pasta in white sauce, they both took boxes home. We all ordered different kinds of drinks coffee and Coke's total bill was about $112 plus tip.

I came here for a business dinner and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The crab-stuffed mushrooms were phenomenal as well as the calamari. The 10" vegan gluten-free pizza 🍕 was okay. I think they could use better quality sauce for their pizza and less oregano. Overall it was a decent meal.

First time eating at a restaurant on The Hill and was not disappointed!! Our dinner was fabulous! The ravioli and mostaccioli were so yummy but my favorite may have been the house salad and bread that we started with. Loved the atmosphere and our server Laura was the absolute best!!

While the bread & butter and pasta didn't quite impress me, the chicken special was truly exceptional and left me pleasantly surprised. The tiramisu was pure deliciousness, and the cannoli was also quite tasty. House salad is a must! Service was top tier.

It was our first time eating here. The restaurant is cozy and will fit any kind of occasion. They have a nice bar for anyone wanting to just be social but then there is a separate room for families to dine. It was visually appealing with a fireplace and intimate atmosphere. The staff was attentive and fast with the service. The food portions were generous and the price was great. My family and I left full and with takeout.

"I recently tried the Mostocciolo pasta with meatballs at this restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The two large meatballs on top were flavorful yet surprisingly light. The marinara sauce was generously portioned and had the perfect consistency. The Fettucini Alfredo sauce was wonderfully light and delicious. It reminded me a lot of Turkish erişte, which I enjoyed. Located on The Hill, this restaurant is truly one of the best Italian spots around. For dessert, I had the tiramisu, and it was fantastic. The texture and flavor were just right, with the perfect balance of sweetness. Overall, a great dining experience at one of the top Italian restaurants in the Hill"

Wonderful Italian place on the Hill, food as always was superb, had meat ball mostaccioli and my dinning companion had one of the seafood special. The atmosphere is always friendly, and our server was wonderful. It was a great meal to end the day.

Very nice, understated from the outside. We ate on the patio which was extremely pleasant and had a nice atmosphere about it. The food was tasty, with good flavors and the portions were generous. The garlic bread was very moorish and the staff were attentive. Suitable for families or couples of all ages. Prices were very reasonable for St Louis, which was an added bonus.

Service was really good. Food was as recommended by the waitress and her recommendation was good. I came to the hill area headed on recommendation and loved that I ate here. Their wine collection is good and chicken is so well cooked.

The food at Favazza's was out of this world! Their longtime history in this neighborhood "The Hill" definitely shows I. The taste and quality of food, atmosphere, and personable service. We had the fired ravioli, spaghetti and meatballs, and lasagne. I have to say the lasagne was #1! But it was all delicious. You can't visit the area and miss stopping in "The Hill" at Favazza's.

My husband and I came to Favazza’s for our 2 year anniversary and experienced amazing service and food! We started with a couple drinks and an appetizer before moving on to our dinner. They gave us dessert for our anniversary gift, very sweet!

We had a lovely experience here. The service was great. I recommend reservations. We were seated right at our reserved time. I had fettuccine. Enough for three meals. Sorry I can't give prices. We were taken there to celebrate. It was very good.

We were in town visiting some friends that highly recommended and Favazzas didn’t disappoint at all the Toasted Ravioli and bread and then topped off with the best Lasagna I have had! What a cool little local place that was amazing if we lived in town we would be here every weekend! Well done!
