Really nice little museum to showcase the history of Boeing in military and commercial aviation. It's free to get in and is open to the public a few months out of the year.

A bit overwhelming to have so many things crammed in a small space. None of the interactive parts of the room was working during my visit, and the room lacked an intended flow that presented the models on display as a cohesive portfolio. Also missing is where Boeing is aiming to go in the future given its corporate mission. Felt like a warehouse of models more than a museum exhibit.

This is a must see place for anyone who is even remotely interested in aviation, rocketry, or even the space program. This area is educational for young people and will stir memories of the great moments in flight directly involved with Boeing and McDonald Douglass manufacturing . St Louis has, and continues to be a vital link for providing protection, and transportation for people all over the world with a proud heritage of skilled and dedicated workers.

The Prologue room is one of the St. Louis jewels. It demonstrates the foresight of St. Louis and other aviation pioneers who preserved the rich history of Boeing. A must see while visiting St. Louis during the summer.

Regardless of your allegiance to Boeing or otherwise, this is a really well organized and clean facility that shows hundreds or scale planes, military weapons and other aerospace models. Well worth the FREE admission.

A great place to view the aviation heritage of McDonald Douglas and Boeing. Model displays are the best and the management has done a wonderful job documenting the history of these companies that have had such a dominant part of America aviation history. A visit worth the time.

A St. Louis secret. Lived here for over 35 years and did not know this museum existed. Grandson loves aeronautical technology and airplanes so we had a lot of fun seeing and reading about the history of McDonnell Douglas/Boeing. Had no idea they built the space shuttles or designed so many of the commercial planes and Air Force One through history. You don't need a lot of time so an hour or two will get you through and it's very condensed so not any walking. I would suggest maybe a couple of benches down in the museum fir older folks to sit while the youngsters are enjoying all the exhibits.

The Prologue Room has some neat displays and what looks like leftover marketing models of Boeing, McDonnell, and Douglas Airplanes here in the heart of Boeing's defense business. It's great that this is a free exhibit, but it's small. Of course you would need a badge to see anything else in the building. It may be worth a half hour of your time, and you'll definitely learn some things about aerospace history.
