Re. Our takeout order on a busy Saturday evening: first, Jack (bartender/answered phone) and Lindsay (manager) were friendly and attentive to my issues. Having said that: 1. Take out order for 6 was ready for pick-up on time. Arriving home, discovered several items/meals missing. Returned to store thinking we’d missed picking up second bag. Wrong; items were just missed. They rechecked order and we had to wait as they prepared missing items. 2. Of the 6 meals, 3 were OK/average (2 cheese burgers, 1 macaroni and chicken). The lettuce wedge was marginal - a bare 1/2 head of lettuce, some chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro and 1 ramekin of dressing with a few blue cheese crumbles (photo). The beef sliders (photo) were bare, 2 dry untested buns and a beef patty, period; nothing like the ad picture. The chicken tacos were almost bare. Tried to combine the 3 tacos to make a meal, so did not get a chance to take a picture. They would have been returned to the kitchen if we were dining in. The manager was apologetic and said she would “speak to the kitchen”.

This was our first time having martinis (I know), but my husband and I are fans now. We tried four of them and they were ALL delicious. Great happy hour ($6 drinks and 1/2 apps), delicious food, and a great, attentive server made this our new go-to place in Chesterfield!!

Great atmosphere! Great Service by Rachel and Jerry Ann! Top shelf Long Island ice teas are a must! Great place to come and hang out with friends!

The atmosphere was very calm and friendly. Our server was Tori and she was wonderful. She was friendly and welcoming to our group. She had great recommendations on the menu and drinks. She was a wonderful bright spot in our great dining experience. Quite possibly the best service I've ever had at a restaurant or bar.

Sierra was so friendly and sweet, would go back to Bar Louie Chesterfield and request her as my server any day. 100% recommend her to anyone looking to enjoy a nice meal with exceptional service any time of the day!!

Never been here. 1st impression wasn’t so great. The seat yourself option when their is a sign on the door about the whole left side of the restaurant is closed off for a private even isn’t a good idea. Having to scan a QR code in a highly populated area where cell service is slow is also not fun. Our server informed us of this after we sat for almost 5 minutes before she showed up. Then said well I can try to find you a menu. Ok! Ordered drinks, seen them sitting at the bar while our server just walked right past them several times. Ordered all our food at once. Fried pickles took a little bit to get to us, they were good, that ranch is amazing. Server didn’t check on us. Walked past us multiple times. Food came out quicker than the pickles. It was good. Loaded tots weren’t that loaded. Server did one check to see how it was. Ordered another round of drinks, watched them sit on bar for awhile as she just walked past it.Also it’s really unsanitary having and open jar of olives on the bar while a server is playing with her hair right in front of the open jar. Overall food was good service was terrible.

I had the pleasure of being served by Lindsay at Bar Louie and I have to say, she exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we sat down, Lindsay was attentive, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that were spot on. Her timing was impeccable, and she made sure I had everything that I needed without being intrusive. Lindsay's professionalism and attention to detail truly set her apart. I highly recommend Lindsay as a server at Bar Louie, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Let me not forget to mention she is gorgeous... Respectfully.

I was surprised at how empty it was on a Sunday, but the service was top notch. The food was good! Go see Will , the bartender. Would definitely go again, especially to watch a game!

First time to be here but won't come back. Food and beverage here was Okay, however the waitress was terrible! She is supper busy and very unpatient, and there is no price in the online manu, when I ask for the hard copy, she said she is too busy and there is no hard copy. We found one at the counter, however still no price listed in the menu for most of the beverage. Also, be cautious about receipt and always ask for a hard copy receipt! I was feeling so bad when I check the receipt because she not only add more things I didn't order, but also didn't gave us any discount for the beverage for happy hour! And when I argued with her, it took her a long time to change and eventually she charged more for tip! We originally selected 18% and finally she charged over 26%！Also, when we were ordering the beverage, she said all beverage are at happy hour, however, when we checkout she said only one can have the discount for max 5 dollars... My family was trying to find a nice place in the valley for lunch on a Sunday and decided to try out Bar Louie. There was a little confusion as we stood around by a sign near the door until a waitress came and said we could choose any seat we'd like. No worries though - there were plenty of options. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive to our table. When choosing this restaurant we did not know that they offered brunch on the weekends, so I decided to try it out. My meal was delicious and very filling! I can't wait to come back again and try more from the menu!

My Friday the 13th is a pretty spectacular night spent with friends. Bar Louie is my place to get my favorite burger in the world made perfectly each and also one of my favorite sangrias. Sierra’s service was especially efficient and exceptional and made for a great atmosphere to unwind with colleagues in a chill environment. Thanks for a relaxing night!

This was my first time here. The vibe was pretty good. The servers are really nice. The manager also walked around and was checking in on guests, and that was super dope. I got a pretty simple meal being fish and chips with a shirly temple drink. The food and the drink were really good. I only have 4 stars because I felt like the fish was a very small portion for the price. It was only 3 little nuggets for almost $18. Im used to a nicer sized portion of fish with a meal like that. Or at-least two sides. The tartar sauce was also pretty tasty. I have never had one like that, so I assume it could be made by them. I’d go back again and try another dish.

When we entered, the restaurant was surprisingly frigid – quite uncomfortable for everyone inside. Many other customers expressed their dissatisfaction with the chilly conditions. On a positive note, our server, though new, displayed remarkable friendliness and attentiveness. Now, onto the Trio Dips & Chips – it was a mixed bag. The major downside was an excessive amount of salt, which dominated the flavor. However, it's worth mentioning that the cheese dip managed to shine with its delightful taste. For my main course, I opted for the All-Nighter, which had an unexpectedly heavy and dense quality to it. This might partly be attributed to my choice, but it left me feeling unusually full, to the point where I couldn't finish it. While it's entirely possible that this visit was marred by unusual circumstances, I must admit it hasn't left me with a strong desire to return in the near future. Hopefully, they can address these issues to ensure a more consistent dining experience. 😐❄️🍽️🍔🧀

Fast and friendly bartender. The food was great, as well as the drinks. Going back this evening for some smoked wings and happy hour drink specials. Can't wait thanks for great food and experience. Highly recommend you try this spot out if you visit the St.Louis area.

Hello my name is Clayton Curry, I recently dined at Bar Louie for the first time. What I can say about this experience is wow... The food was very delicious and the service was very reliable and fast. I had a server named Leona and she was very sweet and understanding, she made sure our food was ideal for out taste buds and checked if our refreshments needed refill. A very hard working lady. All together I would give the food a 4/5 and our server a 5/5! If you want to try something new try Bar Louie

Shannon our server was so sweet and very accommodating to all of our needs! The bar manager was very friendly and was out on the floor taking care of guests as well. Would highly recommend bar louie for good drinks and excellent food!!

I love love LOVEEEEED the way the bar tender Zack, prepared my Lemon drops ! It’s rare to find a bartender now a days that know how to make perfect drinks if you know what I mean ! On top of that, the salmon sliders were magnificent and very fresh along with the shrimp tacos which were to die for ! Customer was great overall and I will be coming back

Megan was our server and she did a fantastic job. She new the menu and made awesome recommendations. We are a picky family, but she asked the right questions and led us to a killer meal. Its a corporate space, but the people make you feel at home. We had a few drinks to start and ordered an appetizer. She delivered the food fast and we never had to ask for a refill on water or for my sons limonade. The patio is spacious and so is the inside. Check this place out and ask for Megan!

After many good visits to this location, I has horrified by the service on Tuesday during happy hour. While waiting for our table we went to the bar to grab drinks. After waiting for 30 minutes trying to flag down either of 2 bartenders, I gave up on the hope of quenching my thirst. They barely acknowledged me and when they did it was to motion they were going to help someone else first - still I waited. The worst part was the attitude from the hostess. Instead of explaining their capacity issues and offering what they could do for us, she spoke with such content and sarcasm that none felt welcome. Apparently during happy hour they no longer accept groups larger than 8. We were open to splitting up or sitting at the bar, but she said "only if there's room" as if that wasn't obvious. Meanwhile, we were looking at 6+ unused tables and plenty of seats. I heard a server nicely explain to her table that the kitchen was backed up. That would be fine - we were there for happy hour. We left and went a couple doors down where we were served pleasantly. We watched several other parties leave as well.

We had a great time! Our food was stellar, our server Brittany was a delight, Natasha/the manager who checked in on us was super sweet. We will definitely be coming back to try brunch!!! Over all it was a great experience when so many places are struggling to keep up, and keep staff. You definitely made our night ladies (and chef's), THANK YOU.

Great place to grab a bite. We all enjoyed our food. The Mac-n-cheese was particularly good.

We sat at the bar and Ali waited on us. It was a great night with fast service. She made us several different drinks which were all good including the strawberry martini she made special. This place has really improved since the last time we were here!
