My fiancé and I began searching for an engagement ring in Feb/March 2021, and decided to visit Adler's after hearing great things from my Dad and brother. (They both bought from Adler's) They raved about the selection and the time and care the salesman at the time (Mike) gave them. When we got there we were greeted by Mike, and instantly felt safe that we were going to get great service. He walked us through the 4 c's and everything we needed to know about the process. We left knowing we'd be back after we had our child the following month. That all came to a halt when they closed their doors. We decided to check out other jewelers in our area, and nothing stood out to us, whether it was selection, sales workers, etc. We really felt bummed and lost at that point, and almost decided to go the online route because we couldn't find exactly what my fiancé wanted. Well a couple more months went by and I read a Facebook post about opening the store back up! We were absolutely ecstatic and couldn't wait to visit again. The new store was being built for a few months and I felt the tike was coming to get the process going so I messaged Danielle directly on Facebook. She kept me up to date on the store, and even took the time to ask what I was looking for with the ring. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did her very best to find my perfect match, all while trying to reopen an entire store again! Once again, Adlers blew me away with the care and time they gave to make sure we got it right. I eventually placed my order after receiving CAD pictures in Decemeber 2021, and Danielle told me 6 weeks and u should have the ring. She was right on the money, and my proposal plan was right on track. My fiancé said yes on March 27th and she said she loves the ring more than anything we saw online or in store elsewhere! I cannot Thank Danielle and the whole Adler's Diamonds crew for any and all help I received during the process. I'll always recommend them if anyone ever needs suggestions.

I truly love this place to shop for jewelry. It’s clear that it’s family run and even the non family staff make it feel that way. There’s zero pressure, honest feedback on pieces and what looks good and what doesn’t, amazing resources if you have questions about care of your jewelry. I have bought a few things for my wife there, and even re did her wedding set after a tragic loss on vacation. Every single time, it’s been actually fun to go there. For a sweet gift, there are things in various price points that would work for any occasion, big or small. I brought in a family ring that I wanted to have re-set into stud earrings and Sharon was so kind and helpful. They turned out beautifully and the price was very reasonable! We also were looking at wedding bands and she was very patient as we asked tons of questions and she helped us talk through our options. This is a family owned business with a long history in St Louis. They have a beautiful selection, very reasonable prices and set the standard for excellence in customer service. They can have your designs custom made to give you a one of a kind piece or you can just fall in love with one of their many beautiful in stock designs. Plenty of choices from high-end to budget friendly. We recently shopped for an engagement ring and noticed a nice selection of estate jewelry too while we were there. They cleaned and repaired a few of our older pieces and they look like they are brand new. If you are in the market for jewelry, check them out! You won't be disappointed.

All the associates at Adler’s are amazing! It took me 3 or 4 trips in to pick my wedding bands and they were nothing but patient with me. I never felt pressured or like was being pushed towards what was more expensive. They are transparent with prices and always want to make sure you are getting what is best for you. They took in mind my occupation and warned me of rings that might have issues based on the way diamonds were set. I will go there for all my future jewelry needs!

I recently bought a solid 14k gold signet ring with custom engraved initials on the top and initials engraved inside. I couldn’t be happier with the ring, service, or price! We had an incredible experience with Adler's. After going 18 months without having our engagement 💍 and wedding bands "checked" we went in. Rather quickly we felt comfortable that Adler's could repair and get our rings back into tip top condition.
