DO NOT WORK HERE! ETL leader yazmin is very rude to fellow employees and guest, to the point consumers dont want to deal with her attitude, They will also fire you on a she said he said basis, so if you dont want to get wrongfully terminated without proper investigation do not work here!

My girlfriend was pick-pocketed in the store and had her car stolen from the Target parking lot on New Years Eve. Target security was less than helpful when she realized her keys were gone. She put her eyes on the vehicle, which was still in the lot. She spent minutes trying to get assistance and in that time the car was stolen. We called the police and only at this point did Target security assist by showing the officer video. The car was parked directly under a Target parking lot camera and light, yet the security said it was too dark and rainy at about 7pm for them to get a good look at the thieves faces. Target expressed no care or concern and we have not heard from them at all. What’s saddest is this location is our neighborhood Target and we have not shopped this location or any Target since. The experience completely changed our view of Target, the PG Plaza mall and the surrounding community. Please be careful if you live in the area and consider skipping this Target location as a customer.

Rude Lady in Electronics Idk Her Name but she says She is the Lead she is very passive aggressive and honestly dont know how she is a lead or how she still works there. Not only that but I seen her be rude to her own “employees” who are grown and possibly older than her. There is a difference between doing your job & being power hungry. When i get her name she will be reported💯

Avoid Yazmin if you can - while shopping I had a question, I saw a lady who I’m assuming is a manger by the way she was speaking to another employee and she was being extremely rude to him! from the manner she was talking to him I didn't even want to speak to her, i walked pass her to see her name which was Yazmin. I’ve seen her before since I come here pretty often and this isnt the first time ive seen her being rude or passive aggressive to an employee but its probably the worse interaction ive seen.

I ventured out one morning, desperate to buy a new cell phone. At the last minute before I went to T-Mobile and Verizon, I decided to get a price comparison at Target. I spoke to a Target representative and explained that my cell phone was broken, and I needed to buy a new one. Because I had concerns about the process of transferring data from my SIM card from my broken phone to a new one, I asked the representative about the return policy. He fumbled and called for a manager. Tia, arrived. I explained my situation and showed her my broken cell phone. She took one look at my phone and told me, "Your cell phone is not broken." Apparently, there was a setting that needed to be switched in order to fix it. Tia remedied the problem with the "broken" phone in 1 minute--literally. If I had not come to Target prior to visiting T-Mobile and Verizon, I never would have met Tia. If I had come to Target on a different day, I might not have met Tia. If Tia had not come to the Technology Department on that particular day at that particular time, I probably would have visited T-Mobile and Verizon which would have incurred significant financial hardship. Tia explained that she had a background in IT. That is how she knew how to recognize the problem and how to correct it. Without overstating it, her knowledge, skills, and abilities saved me from disaster. I learned that Tia works at the Customer Service Desk as a Manager. Can you imagine my unimaginable serendipitous good fortune of the timing and talent that Tia brought to bear on my distress? My cell phone had been "broken" for a week, I suffered the frustration, fear, and fragility of impending financial and professional fall-out. The dire situation promised painful consequences. In 1 minute, Tia made all that evaporate. As you can imagine, my cell phone is immediately tied to my quality of life--personally and professionally--as it is for all of us. Tia could have ignored the problem on my "broken" phone and encouraged me to buy a new cell phone. Instead, she took my best interests to heart and improved my quality of life with 1 minute of her time and expertise. More importantly, she improved the reputation of Target in my estimation.

Had to make a return, and the line was moving steadily, customer service rep was working efficiently. He was polite and friendly and processed my return efficiently. Hadn't been inside the store in a few months. It looked well-stocked except the school supplies, but who could keep up with that this time of year?

TARGET! They do your shopping experience RIGHT! Whether on line or in store, Target is going to make it right! TARGET for these reasons survives the market place in these crazy times. I am thankful to have Target!

Who does not like target. Always well stocked. Some items are locked up due to theft, but once you request assistance someone comes immediately.

Staff were very helpful, and allowed me to purchase a nice pair of cargo pants at a discounted price, one of the belt loops was very loose, but I needed them for work at that time.

They’ve recently locked most of the items in cages which is disrespectful to the community and impedes on the shopping experience. I personally like to read products labels and now I can’t because they’ve implemented a system where the Target associate has to open the gate and get the items. It doubled my shopping time. There are 2-3 security guards already now a cage system. It’s sad. I won’t be returning and I shopped at this location 4-5 times a week.

Reviews are for old people, but I feel this like one is necessary. This is a warning for anyone that wants to work at this location. You will be completely fine as long as you don’t work in the same departments as ETL Yazmin and ETL Alvaro. If you don’t mind being yelled at, talked down to, mentally abused, and all around just being in a toxic work environment, then you should absolutely apply for a style team member position. If you go through other reviews, you’ll see that this is common behavior by this deranged individual. Whoever is allowing this power hungry, bipolar executive team leader to still have a lead position over an entire department at target also needs to be fired because clearly you’re apart of the problem too. I can count over 10 names of employees and former employees who are afraid of working, quit, or just outright feel completely uncomfortable due to this ONE SINGLE MANAGER. The other managers are aware of her behavior and won’t do anything. It’s embarrassing to the company when I have guest coming up to me because they want to report Yazmin for her behavior and the only thing I can tell them is that they’d have to call corporate because she’s a lead manager. If you want to enjoy working there, stay away from the 6ft large hispanic manager. Alvaro isn’t the worst manager at this location, but he does have a questionable track record. I don’t like to speak on rumors, however i’ve seen this first hand. Alvaro has a history of harassing and diminishing a select few of employees specifically black women. I’m aware this is a strong claim and I don’t have any proof, but when I have other employees coming up to me having a mental breakdown because they’re being targeted by a weirdo manager, it just rubs me the wrong way. Only 4 employees have made me aware of their encounters. Of the 4, 3 have left due to his constant harassment and false write ups. If you want to work in a safe environment, your best option is to work in the front end as a cashier or customer service. The manager running the front Latashia and closing lead Tevin are probably the only managers that will treat you like a human. Tashia tries to be personal and flexible with your work schedule and your outside life. She works too hard for a store with other managers that are actively bringing the store down. Hopefully, she can save this dying store.

I haven't been to this one in a few years. FYI they now have the OTC drugs and toiletries in locked cases that an employee needs to unlock. Plenty of open self-checkout terminals first thing in the morning....

There are many ETLs that don’t know how to their job at this target. Some of them don’t respect other people’s belongings, some are lazy to do their job, some just like to boss around and others are just rude to both employees/guests. I don’t think they should be that way because they wouldn’t like to be treated that way either. Jasmine, I believe is her name who works in style and is a ETL as well should definitely work on her manners. I’ve seen how she treats guest and her own employees. She has no respect for people other than her favorite people, probably. She can insult any employee through a walkie in front of guest and wouldn’t care if they’re hearing. She shouldn’t treat other employees in a different department like they’ve done something wrong just because she wants to, it’s not her job. HR or Corporate should talk to her and give her a warning of even better, fire her for all the nasty things she does. She creates a hostile workplace and that isn’t a good thing. There’s only negative vibes around her and no peace. Target, please please do something about this women. She shouldn’t be nothing there. HR SHOULD DEFINITELY DO SOMETHING ASAP! I can see that many people write bad reviews about her.

Went to this target a week ago and I won’t be back. They locked up mostly everything from simple medicine to hygiene products. You have to get an employee to come and help you just to get an item. This makes going in for one or two things a hassle. Additionally, I like to shop without a personal interaction but now I am forced to request help. I had to call an employee for multiple items that were locked up. This just makes the experience at target feel horrible. What once felt like a relaxing environment now feels like a cage system.

Waited 30+ minutes to find someone with the right key to open this cabinet (pictured). Tried to talk to two security people who completely just ignored me to look at their phones. Went to ask a woman for help in grocery and she sighed and seemed annoyed when she had to pause her music to talk to me. An employee nearby helped me when he witnessed her reaction. This used to be my favorite target idk what happened.

The store was very busy, but the employees were friendly, and the young man who waited on me was great!

I was there today getting a Starbucks coffee. The heavy set barista snapped at me because I couldn’t understand her. Maybe she should learn English while being in the US. Just disgusting behavior . TG I go back to Ohio and get out of this mess of a place soon

I always order online and pick up at this location. I usually go early morning before nine or before 4pm . I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff abd it's always clean when I go here.

excellent service. That was my 75 yr old brother's first experience with the store pick up and I'm delighted to say that he enjoyed the fast and timely service and his service person treated him kindly and with respect. thank you so much for accommodating him. In these days sometimes it is hard to get older people to participate in ordering on line and curbside pick up but he was treated with respect and was delighted with the pickup service. Thank you

The stocking staff here clearly has no motivation to work. The milk cans look like they were picked up from construction dirt and stocked on the shelves. Yuck 🤢

The worst managers here ever. I never got her name but there’s this really big tall women who I asked for help but she was so rude for no reason. She works in the clothing area. Horrible person shouldn’t even work there if they can’t even treat people kindly.

Just there to return and pickup online order - staff friendly and my order was received very quickly, as usually. I LOVE TARGET ❤ 😍

Honestly, disgusting 😒 A lot of discrimination in this particular store! I wouldn't recommend working here unless you can tolerate it. It's very disturbing and should be investigated. I worked here several years ago, the Management needs to be changed. I was discriminated against and should have filed a lawsuit, after speaking to an attorney I was told, what they did was unfair. Not a very clean place either. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from their Starbucks. They are very unsanitary. You will become sick.

I’m a regular drive-up customer because of health issues. My last 3 pickups at the Prince George’s store were serviced by Taofik. This team member was already outside with my order each time I pulled up. He was efficient, friendly, and extremely polite—a bright spot in my day! Thank you, Taofik, for excellent customer service—you deserve a gold star!
