Contact with the owner is difficult. We had to remind ourselves of the access code by 3 p.m. (when the paid stay begins) on the day of arrival. Reservation difficult, paid immediately, but without any confirmation that the reservation exists. The apartment is dirty, the technical condition requires much repair. Fluorescent light not working in the hall. Halogen lamps in the bedroom are covered with chewing gum or latex substances. The sofa is damaged, the leatherette material is cut. Dirty sheets, dirty headboard....etc. Whole. I do not recommend. We are disgusted.

We came to Kielce for one day. We chose this apartment (U19) over several other places because we really liked the decor and the bathroom with an overhead shower. First impression great! Clean and tidy, as in the photos. After the trip, you need to freshen up and this is where you encounter your first disappointment - the overhead shower doesn't work because it's so full of stones, and the shower holder is terribly loose, so you just have to hold it in your hand all the time or the water has to flow in a small stream. The light in the bathroom mirror also doesn't work. Evening is coming, it's time to watch something and here too, disappointment, the TV is not suitable for viewing, the antenna cuts out so there is no point in getting upset. The LEDs on the ceiling go out on their own every now and then. Apartment? I guess I'll say too much, but everything should work 😉

The apartment looks very nice in the photos, but everything is falling apart inside, the hinges in the cabinets are broken, the door fell on a child's leg, the shower is broken, the washing machine doesn't work, the corner is in a terrible condition, the blinds are torn, there are no proper lights in the hall and in the bathroom because a short circuit causes them to blink. creating the so-called disco. But the worst thing was the main bed, not only was the mattress dirty, as if someone had peed on it, it was also full of holes, it was impossible to sleep, the children were crying at night because their backs hurt. Good thing we took sleeping bags because it was scary to lie down there. Basically, I didn't sleep for two nights. Moths are flying in the apartment. After entering the apartment and noticing all these defects which were obviously not included in the advertisement and the wonderfully taken photos, I called the staff to inform them about all these defects and damages, and the lady replied: "Please don't worry about all this. We had guests who destroyed it. us an apartment" if this was the case and the staff saw it, they should repair the things that pose a threat to safety. I came with small children and I was afraid that they would touch anything.

If someone only wants to find a hotel for one night, this is a sufficient place, although I do not recommend it for a longer stay. The owner is very rude, it's hard to find out anything by making an appointment privately, we didn't get any specific information (check-in/check-out) through booking. The roller blind did not work, which is important if the residential window is located in the center of other windows opposite. The advantage is that there is very good access to everywhere, communication and everything is close. Bathroom ok, hot water. The sofa had damage, with pieces of sheet metal sticking out. So if someone is looking for an apartment for just 1/2 day, they may even be satisfied, but I wouldn't want to stay there longer.
