Good, delicious ice cream but prices were on the high side.

one of the few best ice cream places!!!! i still don’t get why the prices vary between vanilla, chocolate and double decker cone! Also the way they have written all three down on the menu with different descriptions - they should fix their menu. Otherwise love their icecream! one star less for this lady who took my order and refused to explain me the differences and to make it easy just told me “haya basi amna” while they had it in stock because i saw a customer order before and after. Replace your cocky staff who cannot read english please.

Went there today with Aunty! We ordered the Banana split with the House Chocolate sauce with crashed peanuts quite the experience 😋 yum!

Have been going to Sno Cream since teenage days. This is their second branch. Their ice creams are as they were since we were young the taste and smiles. Keep it up

Delicious ice creams as always, friendly staff, good ambiance. Small but serves the purpose.. This new branch (new for me but it's been there for sometime now) is in masaki area on Haile Selassie road. The menu has a wide option from ice cream, to milkshakes to sundae, and much more. On a sunny day with the Dar-Es-Salaam hot weather this place can be one perfect treat to yourself or with friends. This place can be recommended and i will also go back here soon.

If u want to go to a dessert place that smells like Dettol then this is the place for u. It smelled like a clinic. I asked the staff why a dessert shop smells like dettol? She says we mop with Dettol! It was horrible experience eating in such environment. It was hot obviously so we didnt want to sit outside. The ac inside isnt cold enough so our ice creams were served melted. Who serves melted icecream? And please do not fool customers with your sundae glass! A junior glass sundae and a normal sundae glass has the same amount of ice cream but prices are different. While normal sundae has a narrow glass from bottom and junior has wide. But its the same! I was expecting an adult sundae to be in a taller glass bcz u pay extra 3000 tshs. A dessert shop should be a cossy place with a pleasant smell But i felt i was sitting in a hospital with the smell and then i had to eat melted ice cream. The staffs put their mouth on a sauce bottle nd drink the sauces. Sorry but not planning to visit this place again! Note i didnt take the kids melted ice cream pics as they had to eat fast before it turns into milkshake!

Snocreams vanilla ice cream is of course the best since 1961.of course the prices have gone thru the roof .the ambiance is okay .in the hot season the air-conditioning is not effective.otherwise a good place for dessert if your pocket can bear it.

Great place for dessert. Wonderful interior and even more amazing if you care about the little details (eg. The “Reviews” Portraits on the wall, the bananas on the ceiling). The ability to also order and eat in your car on the parking lot is a +. Takeaway service can be better as they messed up my last takeaway order.

Best ice cream place in Dar, one of the best Sundaes and Banana Splits, plus a choice of so much more.. I have been going to Sno Cream since childhood and the quality has remained best.. I just wish the sitting area was a bit more spacious, but there is an option to be served in your car at the parking area.. Tuesdays are buy one banana split and get one free.. Amazing!!!

Perfect place for your ice cream indulgence

I've been a fan of Sno Cream for years and so glad they've added a branch to their business. Always worth passing by for a treat; my favourites are the Mocha nut sundae and Butterscotch sundae. Both indoor and outdoor seating, great for group and kids, beautiful decor and mural. The occasional live singer too! Also, premium prices for premium ice cream.

Very well experienced in ice creams business. There is a wide range and unique ice cream choices. The most fascinating thing is the ice cream taste which has been the same since then. I started using Sno Cream in 1980s when it was at Mansfield Street, city centre.

Oreo banana split is the best.. and the place gives happy memories

One of the best ice cream parlor however when asked for lotus sundae though they dont have in their menu as per them they can make for us however this is how they make. A block of lotus on the side and vanilla icecream! They don’t drizzle the lotus sauce around vanilla icecream but they just serve you with a block of LoTus on the side and vanilla icecream

There's only one word for ice cream - mocha nut Sundae... simply the best, over a decade and counting...Sno cream has a delightful menu to cater for a variety of flavors that you may be craving!

After so many years in business; they manage to maintain the quality of service and taste. They always offer great service. Customer experience is excellent! Be sure to visit on Tuesdays for the buy one and get one free banana split!

The Ice cream in my opinion is way better than Azam, you can taste the silkiness and the luxury of it..I ordered banana split and my son ordered oreo milk shake...Customer service from Janet made the trip even more enjoyable. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Will come back and will recommend.
