Avani Maseru Hotel is the gold standard for accomodation and entertainment in Maseru. It's standards are world-class and will satisfy any visitor/traveller.

The hotel has a great location with terrific views and a lot of great amenities though most of them could do with a lick of paint. The staff are friendly though not particularly helpful. It took more than twelve hours and 6 staff to get a replacement key card and get moved to a different room. The food is quite forgettable.

Avani Maseru Hotel is nice hotel with a good restaurant. The rooms are cozy, thoroughly cleaned and well serviced. However, the one I stayed in didn't have a safe. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city centre. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Staff was exceptional, rooms were clean. Just giving them 3 stars because my booking was based on them having a beautiful pool and I was disappointed to find it empty and I wasn't told about that before my arrival.

The food was lovely: simple and well done😊 The rooms were ok but there was absolutely no sound proofing

This was the 3rd time that I had this venue as a workshop and the 2nd time I stayed there. 1. Workshop wise, the service is good but very reactive, you have to ask for everything from plug points to water. The lunchtime buffet needs a total refresh. Dull, tired, preservative filled salads and scraggly overcooked meat, dry chicken, boring boring rice, vegetables so limp that even good viagra will fail and eeuw pasta. It needs a pop of freshness and flavour in every area. I dont do dessert so cant help u there. 2. Rooms...they have a pervasive smell. The corridor noise level shatters any state of nodding off. The shower is good and strong. All in all, not a good experience

Beautiful hotel, modern yet still has elements of traditional. It sucked that i couldn't go for a swim as the pool was empty, and there is no gym for those who wish to keep their work out regimen while travelling so that was a disappointment too They offered to go to the sister hotel Avani Lesotho but you would either incur a cab cost or 15 mins walk.

I was here for a poolside event and it was quite fun. The bar and hotel staff were quite friendly and were a great service. I enjoyed their wings. I can imagine how great their hospitality is when you are actually staying the night or 5. There's Wi-Fi for us cyber loving creatures. So do come for a day or 2

I had a decent stay at this hotel, it certainly punches at its 3 star weight with little attempt to really impress. My biggest bug bear is that rooms are not sound proof and guests seem to be very loud and noisy. My room itself was fine, comfortable and spacious. The bed was a little springy and the linen felt a bit rough, but it was a good night's rest anyway. I was most pleasantly surprised by their room service though. I ordered the beer battered fish, with little hope of it being very good considering Lesotho is a land locked country. The fish was moist, flaky and delicious, while the batter was crisp and flavourful. The steamed veg that accompanied it was just as perfect! All said, this is a good stay if you're in Maseru either for business or pleasure.
