The place is near two other Lebanese restaurant. At the first look it is a good place to eat, but when you enter to the restaurant, it would become your worst experience. The building is not clean, staff are not polite, the food is not even warm. I ordered a meat shawarma but they brought a chicken shawarma, apologizing that they are out of meat. I didn't expect a fancy place and only a good food is satisfying for me. But what I received was only regrets of selecting this place.

Clean restaurant, some of the best Lebanese food you'll find in Mashhad, or even Iran for that matter. Service is great. Definitely try their hummus.

The bread used for SHAVURMA sandwich was not fresh. Their menu was teared apart and they didn't bother themselves to use new clean menus. The picture used in menu was not similar to what they served, I'm putting the picture of BABAGHANUSH for comparison. Finally the staff was not polite. I won't try this place anymore.

Nice restaurant, nice view and nice Arabic foods. Was so busy but good services. Some foods tasted fat and i did not like them. But recommend for pizza and others.

It was dirty and everything was for 100 years ago,the bread used for shaverma wasnt fresh and pizza was so oily.employies werent so nice. Menu was tear to 100 pieces and they didnt bother themselves to print a new one. I really dont suggest it

First of all The restaurant is not clean . The smell of the restaurant was not good.

I tried chicken shawrma in a plate not sandwich they put a good amount of chicken in the plate and they give you bread separately you get garlic sauce pickels and tomatoes toped with hot chips it tastes good the garlic sauce is delicious the hot chips was good allso the salad and desert was freshly made when I was there the price is actually very cheap compared to other restaurants I will go back to try there pizza the tabouleh is different to how we make it in Lebanon I still need to try other dishes on the menu to compare but I was told that they make the food little difference because iranian people don't eat it with some of lebanese ingredients it's OK as long as it taste good

Very good place to eat both lunch and dinner and good service with high quality ingredients. The food in overall is very delicious with reasonable prices. Me and my family love it.💖
