Inhumane way to keep animals. Wild animals should be where they belong - in the wild. Unless you want to teach kids about keeping animals caged and miserable for human entertainment. Would recommend taking them to an amusement park instead

It seemed that animals were depressed, i think their living environment was not well designed. The information for the visitors was not sufficient. It was not exciting. Most of the animals were of cat species. Water living animals could not be seen. Having a place for children to play was a good idea, but very simple and not interesting. We saw tigers, lions baboons, lama and again baboons , tigers,... The environment was smelling bad. At the current conditions I don't recommend visiting this zoo.

Nice place with reasonable rate

A great place to spend an hour or two visiting a variety of wild animals from Iran and around the world, with Lion, several tigers, leopard, wolves, hyenas, a bear, pelicans, eagles, parrots and monkeys to name a few. Children can also enjoy a horse or pony ride for a small charge. Snacks are also sold outside the zoo.

It was good but not better than Tehran's zoo. I liked the tigons or ligers the most. I didn't know there is difference between 'em. Also after visiting the zoo, you could enjoy the Kouhestan Park. 😋
