Spending some days in this hotel, I have to say that it is the worst choice you can have! everything in the lowest possible quality, the footprint of mismanagement can be seen everywhere if you are foreign be sure that they might overcharge you! the buffet is just a rip-off There is no tea maker in the hotel, They won't accept if you wanna shorten your staying period(otherwise many hotels in Mashhad do it for the sake of customer orientation) For breakfast, bread is not always fresh! You can search for Ehsani restaurant, Pesaran e Karim restaurant, Moein Darbari Restaurant and have the best lamb Kebab for the price of a bowl of soup in this hotel! Be careful about your choice:)

My favorite, near Imam Reza, very modern rooms, good food in restaurant, comfortable beds, and friendly atmosphere. Take the full board (with 3 meals) very convenient price.

This place is very quiet, good service, very good hotel attends, very reasonable price, very near to Imam Reda holy shrine about 5 min walking

Very Dirty room and WC. without Iranian Toilet. Services is not suitable with this price. Room equipment is too old and need to renovation.

They offer good breakfast and the restaurants balcony has a really beautiful view.The restaurants café was good also.Everything was good except one thing, when we arraived, there was two beds and one blanket in one of the rooms and we told them six times to bring us a blanket and they said okay we will but nothing happend.

Hi,the room was clean but sadly my room was a windowless one,they simply divided a suit to some rooms and added some bed to the rooms,so,in a small room i had 2 beds and not enough place for myself,the bed was clean,there is no tea maker in the room,the breakfast was totally disappointing ,only some kind of omelet and other usual cold meals, the restaurant is also small although the balcony with 3 tables had a beautiful view,i think it wasn't a good experience for a 3* hotel

They will look for single reason to charge you while checking out, poor buffet also

Room hygiene and cleanliness was only thing as a complimeny otherwise It wasnt at all worth the price. We got very bad service. We had to pay extra for some lost towels that they were saying that we took. The cafe inside it didnt have coffee and even cake. We were super late for our departure bcs of their late call for the taxi supposed to take us to the airport. And super bad costumer service. Neither go back nor recommend it to anyone.

Lovely experience. Good food. Nice staff. So Close to Imam Reza's (PBUH) holy shrine. Loved it🌺
