I was there as a tourist and I had really high hopes for that hotel. At first sight hotel is beautiful, but as a person who doesn't speak farsi it was sad that there was only a 2-3 person who was able to speak English. How is the hotel "international" if workers there can't speak English with international people?? -3 floor there is a beauty services as a facials, massages and hairdressing services. Amazing that there is a possibility to get these services in the hotel but again... No one there spoke any English and workers knowledge of these services were bad. I asked what is the swedish massage and they didn't know what it is. The public areas of the hotel are stunning, so compared to them the hotel room was really old-fashioned and plain. It did not match the look of the rest of the hotel and I was waiting something more matching to hotel public areas. Breakfast was good and it was nice that there was a fresh fruit juice. But there was also cold fries that tasted like it was taken from the freezer. Edit. Just visited Francisco and this restaurant is the best thing in the hotel! Best customer service I have ever experienced in Iran. Thank you ❤️

This hotel is fantabulous we I meant all the family stayed in this hotel and you couldn’t believe all the things were in a way that you didn’t want to be finished .a perfect breakfast a perfect lunch and also the other things were so promoted in comparison to the other hotels in Mashhad.

The hotel service is good. The self-service breakfast is of excellent quality and variety. The traditional Termeh restaurant located in the hotel is excellent, their food is extremely delicious.

Ghasr Talaee Hotel is belong to the ghasr Hotel Chain Group, which has a very long history. This five-star luxury hotel is located a 15 minute walk from Imam Reza Shrine .This is my favorite hotel in Mashhad. The staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. Qormeh Mashhadi is a unique food in turquoise restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style and acceptable quality.

An extravagant decorations. Relatively good food but over priced. The parking lot is always full. Heavy traffic around hotel. Staff are not all polite (specialy the valet parking man)

Well... The services are perfect. They will respect you and prepare what ever you want! Its breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. This hotel has big and high quality restaurants! Of course its design and architecture is not based on Iranians style! But you will experience a good residence in this hotel!

Nice 5 star hotel in mashhad especially for air crew as it has nice lobby and many restaurants- the breakfast is amazing if u comparing to othor hotels in iran . Location kn city center / 5 minutes drive to imam reza haram or imam reza covered market

Without a doubt the best hotel in Mashhad. I highly recommend the restaurant in the 1st floor for persian lunch or dinner and the restaurant in the basement for breakfast buffet. Also, you can never go wrong with the massage and the Turkish bath there

Excellent one of the best hotels in Mashhad and Iran We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Unfortunately, it is worn out and they only care about the quantity of breakfast, not the quality. The noise from the band came from the lobby for a few days of my stay.

The hotel is five stars and has excellent quality. One of its advantages is its proximity to the shrine of Imam Reza. Some rooms have a view of the shrine. Breakfast is served as a buffet. There are 3 restaurants and two coffee shops inside the hotel, all of which are of excellent quality. Also, the hotel has a hall for events such as birthday parties and wedding parties, or even for funeral dinners. The hotel's swimming pool and jacuzzi are clean and have fertile conditions. I have visited and stayed at this hotel many times and for various reasons, and I have always been satisfied. The hotel staff treats you with respect, which is very good and gives you a good feeling.

Receiving guests with tea bags and flasks was a unique experience, I hope not experience it again in the future

Perfect example of how a good hotel should be!! Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet. The airport transport staff were really nice and friendly and it was also free and comfortable. You will have an individual supporter as soon as you have your room number who'll guide you to your room, show you everywhere and will give you a mobile number that you can call if you need something. Everywhere in the hotel was clean, stylish and roomy with excellent service in the lobbies, coffee shops and restaurants where we had breakfast lunch and dinner. For breakfast you'll have over 200 options. Food was beyond good and service in all restaurants attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with a full free minibar. You'll be welcomed in your room with a bottle of non-alcoholic beer beside a welcome note with your name on (on your room table). Every evening they will serve you with free different evening meals consist of delicious cookies, different fruits and nuts. Compared to what you pay you'll receive great service. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stays (I reserve this hotel every time I travel to Mashhad.

One of the best hotels in Holy Mashhad. Great food in all restaurants, great buffet, up to mark services.

I hope my feedback will be taken by the management team in constrictive view. As a hotel building and most of the staff except behind front desks reception are friendly and helpful. My main concern is the front of house reception who needs a proper training to work in such a lovely 5 stars hotel. Regrettably, you can feel every time you deal with them discrimination bearing in mind a couple of them speak a good English. They tried to increase the rate of the room in few occasions unsuccessfully also you can sense Selling room in different prices depend on tongue language which is shame. I highly recommend to get some one local to book for you.
