It wasn't a four star hotel, just impossible to sleep within these thin walls! I stayed awake for two days in a row just because i could hear every noise! There was only one bottle of drinking water in mini fridge. The food was ok, nothing that surprise you or fancy but ok! I won't recommend this hotel

Average Hotel. The food served is good. Only 1 Bottle of Complementary Water. The Wifi does not work at all in some rooms.

Rooms are very normal not 4 star, simple breakfast, close to the Haram, forget about wifi .

Very bad customer service ( his name is Saleh) not helpful at all and he is not professional in this position. We booked 6 family rooms for 13 days but we cancelled them after 4 days because of his bad attitude. I hope the owner and the manager take an action on him because like this he will lose customers and he will get bad comments.
