Restaurant serve good foods and there are good garsons. Hotel personnels are polite but do not help you for carrying baggages. Classic rooms are old rooms with old furnitures. The view is very nice. Holy shrine and beautiful Falake Ab fountain.

There are two types of room old style with old furniture and modern style with new furniture and door locks. The lobby is wide with nice decoration. The breakfast buffet has many dishes but no fried eggs and no coffee. The price for three beds room around 35 USD.

Good hotel, but the food is only for Iranians. The culture of foreign visitors is not taken into account. Iranian cooking only.

Nice hotel near Haram just in corner of Ab square! Rooms are clean and many if them have Haram view. WiFi available. Resturant are good also.

Excellent place to stay in Mashhad , very close to Harum e Muqqadas Roza e Imam e Raza a.s. Spacious rooms, beautiful views from top floors . Best buffet for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Delicious food and have a lot of veraity. Excellent shops are all over in surroundings you can easily safely walk to Harum.

Being close to the Holy Shrine is a plus point. WiFi is not free, definitely a minus point. Reception staff and Dining Room staff should learn how to smile and be a little more considerate of language barriers.

Overall good. Great cleanliness and eager cleaners ready to help and clean up room. No help with baggage on check in and no free wifi negatives. However great view from restaurant and great location. Good for disabled wheelchair users inside hotel and ease to get to shrine. The shrine is truly a garden from the gardens of paradise. mashalla. الله أكبر ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّٰهِ سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّٰهِ

A socalled 3star hotel, costs you as much as a 5star one and serves you as 1star. Toooo old & dirty

The location of the hotel is great However it's like a 3 star hotel

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner And visit Holy Imam Reza

Overall good. Great cleanliness and eager cleaners ready to help and clean up room.and nice it is close to 7aram al imam...but the things i don't like they should put wifi and the reciption talk at least english if not arabic
