I would advise to never go here. We had a terrible experience at this place. There were many miscommunications between the staff which lead to many disastrous moments for us. In particular the reception staff were very rude and not welcoming at all. I traveled to Iran from the UK after a long time and I can tell my stay in Mashhad was completely ruined due to this hotel and its staff.

Its a very good hotel in Mashad. Suitably priced. However, breakfast is not so good. Breakfast manager keeps the same food everyday in form of eggs. There are other options with good breakfast at the same price.

Very nice and economical hotel

The hotel had some fundamental management problems: Upon your entrance you could see that there was no bellhop at the entrance. The lobby was full of old-fashioned furnitures and they were of the same colour. Also the room was lit by some chandeliers that they were not in good condition for example they were tilted either this way or that way. There were not enough space between the armchairs and tables in the lobby so that it was so difficult to reach from the reception to the coffee shop. However the drinks such as coffee, tea or juice where fantastic and the barista had done a perfect job. Although the hotel had three lines of elevators. They were always old and it was frustrating to find a free one. The rooms had enough space and there was a small refrigerator and a flat screen TV in our room. The air conditioning was great and it kept the room cool during the night well. But some ordinary items such as tea maker or mini bar ( non alcoholic drinks and juices) were considered as VIP services and you had to pay more for them. Each room could only use one coupon of 300 Mb free Wi-F,i if you needed more Wi-Fi connection then you had to buy extra coupons in cash. Restaurant services were not that much satisfactory. Yet the food was great. I think the chef was a professional but the waiters did not know how to do their job well especially for VIP guests. If I want to express my opinion about this hotel I can say that although it is a 3 star hotel but 2 Stars are more than enough for this hotel and if someone asked me do you ever return to this hotel, my answer would be No! هتل دارای مشکلات عدیده ای بود اولاً اینکه در ابتدای ورود کسی برای خوش آمد گویی و حمله چمدانهای شما وجود نداشت به نظر می رسید کارکنان هتل آموزش کافی در زمینه برخورد با مسافران را ندیده بودند لابی پر از مبل ها و صندلی های قدیمی و به رنگ بنفش بود که فضای داخلی آن را خسته کننده کرده بود روشنایی داخل لابی از طریق چندین لوستر �مین می‌شد که وضعیت خوبی نداشتند و وزن به حالت که ایستاده بودند

The staff behaved very well

Honestly this hotel is a moderate quality one, facilities, services, decorations, furnitures,...all of all are not impressive at all, but staff are really nice and friendly, cleanliness is ok and beyond that located in the downtown area, accessibility is great! Recommend just for business travel.
