Hello.
We
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
six
nights.
Helia
Hotel
is
inside
Imam
Reza
8
and
it
is
a
little
distance
from
Imam
Reza
Shrine.
The
sheets
were
white
and
clean.
The
hand
towel
and
bathroom
were
packed.
There
was
shampoo
and
soap,
but
no
toothpaste
and
toothbrush
that
I
had.
There
was
no
tea
maker
in
the
rooms,
but
it
was
stated
in
the
hotel
that
it
was
not,
and
you
could
get
beer
24
hours
a
day
from
the
coffee
shop.
But
the
cost
was
included
in
the
invoice
later!!
There
was
a
wall
clock
and
a
hair
dryer
in
the
room.
There
was
an
Iranian
toilet
in
our
three-bed
room.
Each
floor
had
a
public
toilet.
The
lobby
was
reasonably
clean.
The
water
pressure
was
adequate
and
there
was
no
problem.
Whenever
you
called,
they
came
for
cleaning,
and
they
provided
extra
shampoo
and
soap.
The
entrance
to
the
rooms
was
a
card,
because
of
the
heat,
the
air
conditioner
did
not
cool,
and
when
we
left
the
room,
the
electricity
in
the
room
was
cut
off.
Even
when
we
are
outside,
the
air
conditioner
should
be
on.
They
did
a
good
job,
God
Breakfast
was
self-made,
and
there
was
butter,
jam,
cheese,
cucumber,
and
vegetables,
sugar
halved,
honey,
and
two
types
of
hot
food
every
day,
such
as
boiled
eggs,
lentils,
bean
meal,
omelet,
mashed
potatoes,
and
nimru.
We
had
lunch
there
for
one
meal,
and
it
was
not
to
our
satisfaction,
their
lunch
menu
was
three
or
four
figures!!
Some
mornings,
when
we
went
for
breakfast,
the
dining
room
had
a
huge
smell
😏
If
the
cost
of
food
is
not
important
to
you,
go
to
Almas
Do
Hotel,
17th
floor
of
Firozeh
restaurant,
the
food
is
amazing.
We
used
to
go
there
for
lunch
and
dinner
because
there
was
no
sidewalk.
Most
of
the
passengers
who
were
inside
the
Helia
Hotel
did
okay,
which
I
think
is
wrong!!!
That's
why
most
of
them
were
unhappy.
The
reception
was
reasonable
and
the
staff
were
friendly.
I
think
four
stars
is
too
much
for
him
and
I
don't
know
how
he
got
it.
Whenever
you
go
to
Almas
2
Hotel,
which
is
a
five-star
hotel,
you
will
understand
what
a
hotel
means!!!
